Diana (guide) and Jimmy (driver) were wonderful. Dianna's a great photographer and answered all our questions. Perfect day trip from Quito. Be ready for a challenging but fun ascent.

Quilotoa lake is just an incredible place and the views both from the crater rim as well as down at the lake are breathtaking. Just as the ascent back up, so a certain fitness level is required. Diana was a very lovely and knowledgeable guide and Jimmy a very safe driver.

Diana made the trip smooth and informative. I enjoyed the different activites that were included. Just make sure if you plan to hike the lagoon you are in good shape! This was also a great trip as a solo traveller as the others on the tour were very fun!

I had a fantastic experience during this tour. I was picked up on time from my hotel, the guide Josue was phenomenal. It was a rainy, cloudy and miserable day but the guide nevertheless made it a fun day for us. The hike down to the lake was fun and the view at the bottom was well worth it. He made sure that we all were safe on the hike down to the lake and back. I highly recommend this tour.

I did the tour with irene and iván and loved traveling with them. irene was very friendly and helped me so much when I felt a little sick to the point of quilatoa. I loved the visit to the indigenous community too. I thank both so much !!

Quilotoa was a great landmark to visit, we did the hike down to the lake and back up.. we are fairly big hikers and found that plenty of time was needed for the walk back up as the altitude has a big effect on breathing. Only downside as we took the trip from Quito was the three and a half hour drive there and back!
