We pick up and return to the front of the Bath Visitor Center / Abbey Hotel in central Bath.

5.00What an amazing day! Max was fantastic - his knowledge and "inside info" was brilliant! Our family had an awesome time and we could have been the whole day at it with Max. Thank you !! I highly recommend this team - Jules will go out of his way to accommodate you. We had a 6mth baby with and it was pleasureable... We also used the team to do a walking tour of Bath - this too was highly entertaining! (Thank you Justin)!

5.00The tour takes you to several gorgeous villages in the countryside that feel like a fairytale. Our tour guide was Simon and we absolutely loved him. He was very knowledgeable, funny, and flexible. We absolutely give him 5 stars. We highly recommend this tour if you are in the area.

5.00We actually did a private 2 day tour and it was the best part of our 7 week trip. It was designed for us to suit our interests and although I expected it to be amazing - it was so much more. Day 1 we focused on ancient burial mounds, long barrows, Glastonbury, Avebury and beyond with a yummy lunch at a local pub. Day 2 was to Wells Cathedral, Laycock Abbey and more - and again a delish lunch at a little local pub. Out of the tour bus areas and so much knowledge shared. Highly recommend.

5.00Bath is worth a visit, pretty city very typical, a unit in style, very pleasant city to visit with many parks in the English style, a beautiful offer of restoration, the visit of the old baths is absolutely to be done! A beautiful staging to understand how the thermal baths were built!

5.00Max was my guide and he was wonderful! Immediately upon getting picked up he felt like a friend I had known forever. He made care to stop and explain details on our drive and even took the time to let me pet some cows :). We went at a steady yet relaxing pace and I really enjoyed our conversation throughout the day. You can tell Max truly loves connecting with others and sharing his interest in British history and even botany! I have already recommended this tour, specifically Max, to many friends who plan to visit Bath and/or the Cotswolds. I would definitely do this tour again with a friend. Thanks Max!

5.00We did a private tour exploring the undiscovered Cotswolds. Our tour guide David was friendly and knowledgeable and had put together a delightful tour. We loved getting off the beaten path and not doing the standard route. We saw lovely and historic churches and the iconic Cotswolds villages. It was great being on our own timetable.

5.00Admittedly, it's been a while since I've been on this tour (May '19) but the experience stayed with me, so I decided to share. I was doing a (mostly) solo trip across the UK, without car, and was looking for some type of tour to get out of Bath and see a bit of the country side. I am so happy I found In & Beyond Bath. Our guide (Nigel) was a real joy and was able to bring strangers together in such a seamless way. We had a wonderful time hearing about the Cotswolds, going on walks, meeting sheep, exploring wonderful Castle Combe and - of course - having cream tea! On each stop we also had time to roam around by ourselves and time as a group never felt forced! Especially as a solo traveller, this was such a pleasant experience and I wish every city/region had a similar team of wonderful guides! It was such a pleasure to spend what felt like an afternoon with friends, rather than being bussed around as the umpteenth tourist. Next time I make it to Bath, I will make sure In & Beyond Bath is on the schedule again.

5.00Our group of four had an excellent time with Phoenix on this half-day tour of the Cotswolds. It was such a great way to see this beautiful area, and Phoenix was an amazing tour guide! He went above and beyond. I'm going to recommend this tour (and Phoenix specifically) to 2 other groups I know who will be visiting the UK this year.
