What To Expect
TourExpress & Transfers offers a private transfer service from Quito Airport (UIO) to hotels and Airbnbs in Quito city. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We monitor your flight to ensure on-time pickup and include 60 minutes of waiting time after arrival. All vehicles are private, clean, insured, and driven by professionals. Luggage assistance is included. Average travel time from Quito Airport to city hotels is between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on traffic and hotel location. Transfers to other cities such as Otavalo, Cotacachi, Mindo, or others are also available upon request for an additional cost. Please contact us in advance for details.

5.00I gave them the wrong flight information which they noticed the day in advance and called me to get the right information thus avoiding a missed pick up Long weight at immigration, but driver was waiting to pick us up. Was 11 PM on Christmas and we were starving so I had to stop at a Burger King. Driver was very accommodating. Thank you, Cristian.

5.00This was my first time in Ecuador, and I was a bit nervous about getting around on my own—especially after my flight was delayed over four hours and I didn’t arrive until 11 p.m. Jorge stayed in touch the entire time and quickly answered all my questions. He even shared my driver’s contact information, and the driver was just as responsive. Overall, a great experience!
Had a wedding to attend in Cuenca and needed transportation from the airport. Hospitality was amazing!! Loved Henry!!
