Soni was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced—he kept everything safe while still making it enjoyable and interactive. You can tell they know the river really well and care about the experience. What I also loved was how relaxed everything felt. At first I was a bit nervous, but the instructors were very professional and made me feel safe the whole time.
