Albania Rafting offer the best albanian trip on the Vjosa River, one of Europe’s last free-flowing rivers, is a class II rafting with some rapids of class III . Prepare for waves up to four feet and narrow passages that send the boat shimmying and water gushing over the sides. Vjosa river’s entire 270km course is wild and untamed and adorned with beautiful canyons, braided river sections, islands and oxbows.

What To Expect
Benja Thermal Baths
The Langarica canyon is surrounded by the forests and mountains of Dangelli and Shqeri and joins further the Vjosa River. The natural panorama along the Langarica canyon is stunning and untouched by the human hand. It changes through the seasons and gives a colorful and expressive scenery of the nature in this area. Inside the canyon there are many caves, a variety of trees and aromatic bushes, and thermal springs formed by sulfur waters which stream from the caves.

Rafting Vjosa River Përmet
Duration: 2 hours: Only rafting activity lasts at least 2 hours.Preparation,wearings,transport from our base to starting point(40 min).
Minivan: The transfer from the rafting base which is 10 min from Permet lasts 40 min and we do it by minivan.

5.00We arrived at the base full of nerves and excitement and the trip did not disappoint. As it had been raining for a while, the river was high and very fast… Benji put our minds at rest, kitted us up and explained the trip. Once on the river, it felt exhilarating and although we felt we experienced life or death situations we had an awesome time!!!!! I couldn’t recommend this more highly! Thank you!!!
The people are great! the company is fun! Jump in and enjoy floating down the river next to the raft!

5.00OMG what an awesome experience and so much fun! even in the cold, they gave us suits to wear which worked well, I even jumped into the water and floated along side the raft, now that was good! The team leaders for each of our rafts were so damn friendly and made us enjoy our experience so much more! they focused on safety but also FUN!! coming from a western country this is sooooooo refreshing!!! recommended~ loved the guides and the water was beautiful Its not very rough so its an enjoyable ride

3.00At the beginning of September 2025 there was clearly too little water in the river, half of the 8 km long route unfortunately had to be paddled. The organization is professional, the cleaning of the equipment (helmet, shoes, neoprene) leaves something to be desired.

3.00We had chosen the rafting activity to cool off given the temperatures and to discover the Vjosë River. The guide was very nice. Unfortunately, there were many people and not enough rafting... There were 15 of us (including the guide) in the raft... as much to tell you that we were very tight and not very well installed for the descent of 2 hours, moreover the paddles collided which made the descent less pleasant... Too bad:/

5.00Superb activity to do in Permet. After 15 minutes of mini bus , the ride starts 8 max per boat with swimming stops, great guide who makes a lot of photos.
