Bike did not work. People were nice to work with but blamed upper management for problems. Hard to get refund through 3rd party app

So relaxing and everyone was super friendly! We took our grandchildren…7 and 5 years old and they loved it!

It was a cool experience. We saw wild turkey's and some bunnies. The weather was perfect for us. Only wish it was longer like maybe 20 miles all together instead of 10 miles.

OMG!!!!! Fantastic!!!! About one hour/10 miles of off the beaten trail fun on the defunct interurban train line my father took in the 1930's! Great view of the Sacramento River and farmland NOBODY will ever see from local roads. We saw wild turkeys, rabbits, and beautiful green farms. We toured with two other couples and the lead and rear crew/bikes. Our hostesses were safety conscious and very pleasant. Easy to pedal by leg or electric assist. Glad I wore shades with contact lenses, little windy. Wear comfy clothes. Careful with phone photos, gets bumpy...there goes the phone! Saw a lot of water bottles on the track. Ha! Not inexpensive, but well worth it as a treat. Jessica was a great hostess! Would totally recommend this group!

It was short for the price. There were really no views, but overall a new experience, but would not do it again or at least at that same location.

Very unique experience. EASY. My mom and grandmother would have loved it. We saw turkeys and coyotes, walnut trees, cactus and Alevera plants.

Still waiting if they recognize and fully refund me, because nowhere in the ticket, description, details, email or such does it say thay we had to show up 30 minutes earlier. I bought our tickets here in TripAdvisor...I even showed the lady in their reception store area, that they may have additional information in their website..but NOWHERE in my confirmation email, tickets or things to do, does it say to show up 30 minutes early. I will change my review if they do refund me in full.

We booked & enjoyed a railbike ride 6-Jan-25. When we arrived we found out we had "double-booked" i.e. paid double. The nice lady that checked us in said that this was quite common and to call the number on the pamphlet for a refund. That number "does not accept calls from your caller ID". I sent the above to their "Contact Us" page for six days. In the meantime I've had several requests to post a review. I sent this same message in reply to the request for a review. Now I'm posting a review. The enjoyment of the trip has been greatly diminished by this unprofessional "ghosting".

We had so much fun on this ride!! Gorgeous scenery, and such an innovative thing to do. We would absolutely go again! One thing worth noting is that the description on the web site is obviously trying to calibrate level of effort across all people...we found that the Pudding Creek rail bike ride was very easy (and quite short). Given the e-powered rail bikes, you can actually choose not to even pedal if you wish. Next time, we plan to do the 'more difficult' and longer tour on Noyo Creek.
