3 hour tour. Clocked 49 minutes of actual bike riding. Your guides were friendly, but not the best at providing accurate information about Bermuda. Bikes (Trek) were decent. I was hoping for more time on the trail riding the bike vs. stopping to look at roofs and water tanks.

This bike ride, booked through our cruise ship excursion desk, was most disappointing. We never stopped to see the advertised and highlighted 17th-century Mott Family Estate because, according to a guide, the excursion started late and there were mechanical issues with the bikes. I don't doubt that considering how rusty some of them were. Furthermore, a guest suffered a flat tire well into the trip and none of the guides carried a spare tube to help him out. There were only two stops along the way, one to point out an old train station and the second at a historic fort, but no commentary on the local floral or fauna. And that trip to the beach at the end was basically 10 minutes, just enough time for people to take off their shoes and socks and dip their feet into the water.

The bike path is not quite like pictured in ad. Part of ride is dirt, rock and roots., having to walk bikes. No where on the add does it mention a half hour boat ride to destination. The guides Liz and Cameron did an excellent job.

The tour operators are friendly and punctual. The tour began with a 20min boat ride to expedite arrival to cycling site. Boat was also used to return to cruise port. Boat captain was friendly and amusing. The cycle ride itself was disappointing. Lots of starts/stops and no noteworthy scenery except for one overlook. Beach stop was only 7min so not worth getting sandy/salty. Pretty beach. We saw so little of Bermuda we have no idea if we'd like to return. Overall, not worth the tour price.

You should know that this ride is on a trail bike, and while not difficult, involves some off-road cycling. The guides certainly accommodate people who are not interested in the off-road aspect of the ride. The bikes themselves are high-quality Trek cycles, but feel very different than a regular bike. This is not a long bike ride. It is rather short, with several stops to accommodate trails, traffic, and a few sights. Our particular tour skipped the fort, and saw the small drawbridge and a railway station. The railway station is just a derelict building on the side of a parking area. I booked the tour through Viator, thinking I might avoid another cruise ship excursion, but this in fact was the cruise ship excursion, and accordingly accommodated everyone. The guides were very nice, and very safety focused. You should also note that there is a 30 minute boat ride on either end of this excursion, so the time on bikes is very short - it took us an hour and 15 minutes out of the 3 1/2 hour tour to get on the bikes. We ended the ride with 10 minutes for beach time, and we opted to just enjoy the view. I would’ve preferred it if the overall event was about an hour longer, so that we actually could’ve enjoyed riding along the beautiful Bermuda railway trail.

This was a nice way to see some parts of the island while getting active. We saw three different locations. I appreciate the history of the islands and was not disappointed by the three stops. The guides though did not seem to be as enthusiastic about what they presented. I would highly recommend the tour.

We went on this tour as a shore excursion from our cruise. It was very well organised, fun and informative about Bermuda. It's quite an easy ride (although we are both young and fit) and the 20 minutes we spent at the beach was a nice addition. Both Liz and Sophia are very friendly and made the tour fun and interesting. My only criticism is there were probably a few too many stops (ie. stopping at every single stop sign and waiting for Sophia to come to the front to guide us across a very quiet road was unnecessary) but that's not their fault, they are just doing their job. It just made it less of a bike ride. Plenty of water is provided. Overall I highly recommend as it's a fun way to learn a bit about Bermuda, see some sites and enjoy some beach time.
