Our ramen chef instructor comes with a wealth of experience, having run restaurants abroad and trained in renowned Japanese ramen havens. Finding someone with such a diverse background to teach in English is truly a rarity in Japan. Plus, you're in for a treat with insider stories and amusing anecdotes from the ramen world.

Plus, Our chef is from Utsunomiya, Japan’s famous “Gyoza Capital.”

In this class, you’ll learn authentic Utsunomiya-style gyoza techniques and enjoy making dumplings with real local flavor.

It was an excellent experience! We were met at the station and proceeded to get to the ramen/gyoza making. Yoshi and Amo were great at explaining the steps, and even had a little competition with us! I’d definitely bring people back

Such a wonderful experience. Went with our 12 and 13 yr old an we learned how to make the best ramen and dumplings. It was the best ramen we’ve had in Tokyo! Yoshi and Amo were incredibly kind and made us feel at home. I highly suggest having this experience :)

What a great way to experience authentic Japan with an excellent cooking class. Yoshi and Amo are super easy to learn from and so much fun. Their energy was contagious. Our entire family with 3 adults and 2 kids truly had a memorable time.. Happy People, Happy Tummies Overall amazing!!

This class was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Tokyo! From start to finish, the experience was hands on, fun, and incredibly well organized. The instructor was warm, patient, and explained every step clearly, making it easy even for beginners like me to follow along. We learned how to make authentic ramen from scratch, including the broth, noodles, and toppings, as well as perfectly crispy, juicy dumplings. The ingredients were super fresh, and the little tips and tricks the chef shared made all the difference.

We made dumplings and ramen. We made fresh noodles and learned about the broth process. Make sure you come to the class hungry as there is a lot of food!
