Our ramen chef instructor comes with a wealth of experience, having run restaurants abroad and trained in renowned Japanese ramen havens. Finding someone with such a diverse background to teach in English is truly a rarity in Japan. Plus, you're in for a treat with insider stories and amusing anecdotes from the ramen world.
Plus, Our chef is from Utsunomiya, Japan’s famous “Gyoza Capital.”
In this class, you’ll learn authentic Utsunomiya-style gyoza techniques and enjoy making dumplings with real local flavor.

5.00Meeting point is on second floor of the station. Absolutely an amazing experience. The host are wonderful inviting groups into their home to make ramen and dumplings. Just a fun cooking event with the end you enjoy the fruits of your labor. Food was delicious.

5.00My partner and I had an amazing time at this ramen and dumpling making class. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process very beginner-friendly. We loved making everything from scratch. It was so satisfying to see everything come together, and even better to sit down and enjoy the meal afterward. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious—honestly some of the best ramen we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this experience!

5.00Yoshi and Amo were seriously the best! They’re so warm and immediately welcoming and with two other travelers we had a small group of four, which was honestly perfect. They walked us step by step through both the dumpling and ramen parts, all the while giving us some great insight into how they came to offer these classes, and made it so easy for future remakes of these in our own homes in the future! HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to try something a little different with a really cool and wonderful couple :)

5.00Was looking for a cooking experience in Tokyo that would be safe for my sesame and tree nut allergic son and also gluten free for me and cooking ramen and dumplings with Chef Yoshi was exactly that! We spent 2 hours with Yoshi and Amo in their home learning the cooking process of ramen broth, making noodles, and then making dumplings. They were very personal and friendly. We all loved it
