What To Expect
Ramen noodles making experience Enjoy making your own noodles! 1. We’ll explain the tools and steps before we get started. 2. Making dough Mix flour and water, then knead the dough until it’s smooth. 3. Flattening dough Stretch and roll out the dough into thin sheets. 4. Cutting dough Use a special knife to cut your own ramen noodles. 5. Add Toppings Decorate your bowl with your favorite toppings. 6. Enjoy Your Ramen Taste your freshly made ramen right away! Important Information Please wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. (we use flour, some powder may get on your clothes.) We’ll provide paper hats and aprons for you to use. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during the experience. From Chopsticks to Ramen in Sapporo with Erika

5.00Our time in Sapporo with Erika included two separate experiences — chopstick making and ramen noodle making — that complemented each other beautifully. The chopstick workshop was hands-on and very meaningful. Erika is a wonderful teacher — warm and knowledgeable — and she made the craft both fun and culturally enriching. The ramen-making experience gave us a deeper appreciation for what goes into a bowl of ramen. Together, the experiences offered not just a meal, but a deeper understanding of Japan’s culinary heritage and eating culture. Highly recommended if you have a few hours in Sapporo for deep dive into Japanese’s food culture.

5.00What an amazing experience! I could not recommend this enough! I had an absolute blast. Such a memorable experience. Making ramen was so fun and the instructions were very easy. Plus you get to eat your delicious creation! This is a must if you are visiting Sapporo!!

5.00Loved this experience! If I had more time in Sapporo, I would’ve definitely done the sushi-making class too. Erika was an amazing instructor: meticulous, patient, and incredibly thorough. We made the noodles completely from scratch and even got to cut them ourselves. I made a few mistakes along the way, but they were totally salvageable, and in the end, it still turned out delicious. There’s also a couple other cool thoughtful little touches like a wall map where you can pin your hometown with your photo that made the whole experience more memorable

5.00We cannot recommend this experience highly enough! Our hosts were incredible, and the food we made was delicious. We strongly suggest trying the miso broth as your base! Try this experience, learn a new skill, and laugh the whole time. You won't regret it!

5.00Teachers were very nice and kind! The instructions were detailed and the ramen soup was great! We had a good time and would like recommend to anyone interested 🥳! They also have sushi and chopsticks making workshop.
