this is a unique experience. you can come to a local's home and rediscover the passion for the land and the fruits, the old family traditions. taste delicious dishes prepared together with your hands with love. We will be happy to tell you the history of the place and the food. We want you to be able to carry us in your heart at the end of this experience.
we will prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, we will show you all the tricks to have a good pasta. We want to show you our garden and collect together the ingredients that we will use for our dishes. We will prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat. and the noodles that we will dress with sauce or with vegetables, or an excellent pesto.
we love to show you an ancient recipe for a cake with chocolate pears. a good glass of wine will not be missing and at the end of the lunch we will let you taste our liqueurs.

5.0One of the highlights of our honeymoon, my wife and I had a great time and are so glad we did the class! Emily and her family put together a fun and welcoming experience, sharing stories of their family memories and what makes each dish and ingredient special to them. We really felt like we were invited into their family home and were treated like family as well. Emily helped us arrange transportation with another couple up to the class and even had family members help shuttle us back down to town when it was over, really going above and beyond our expectations! Would definitely recommend this class to anyone going to Positano.

5.0This class is amazing! I can’t express how much fun and how gracious our host was. This is a HANDS on class.. Small group of 8 in an Italian families kitchen. Easy to get there on a 10 mt bus ride from the bus stop which runs in Positano. A must class Would give this class a 10 star if I could. Pasta is like nothing I had ever had. FRESH.. 5.0This adventure was much more exiting than visiting Positano at the beach. The family had wonderful stories about Positano and was culturally so much more than a tourist trap. The lessons and the food were incredible.

It was a privilege to be welcomed so warmly by Emily and her family, and we loved learning about her family’s history. Everything felt very intimate and authentic, and the food was incredible. The whole experience was perfect and we strongly recommend this class.
