Emily, her brother and mother are all so welcoming! My mother and I enjoyed every minute of this cooking class. We got to learn about their Grandmother who gave Emily her love for cooking and the recipes we made were outstanding! We would do this experience over and over again. If you want a more intimate cooking class, from a family who has lived in Positano for generations, this is it! Just an easy bus ride out of the busy city of Positano and so worth it! If you’re on the fence of this cooking class or others, don’t be just book this one you will not be disappointed.

This was such a highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast! 100% recommend! We knew we wanted to do a cooking class and so glad this is the one we decided on. Our instructor was Emily, and she was a total delight. You’re in their beautifully renovated kitchen in their home with AMAZING views, which was authentic and inviting. We ate on their stunning covered patio overlooking the hillside. We stayed in Positano and Emily graciously offered to arrange shared transportation to and from so we met some of our fellow students on the way and saved on the ride as it was a small group. Thank you to Emily and her whole family for welcoming us to their home and teaching us how to make such a delicious meal and dessert!

Emily and her family were amazing hosts who opened their home, shared their culture, and helped us prepare the most memorable meal of our trip. Don’t eat breakfast, you want to be hungry enough to savor every bite!

Emily was a great host for our family! We had a lovely experience learning about her family food traditions and the food was delicious! She does a great job at breaking down the steps and explaining the process of pasta making. Her home is unique and traditional. Highly recommend!

This was our favorite thing we did in Italy. Emily and her family are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Emily is gracious and funny and very open with stories of her grandmother and her whole family and how much food means to their family and culture. They live in the mountains of positano in a gorgeous home with an immaculate kitchen and incredible view. Everything is so authentic. She takes her time and explains everything, including why it is so important. Also by far the best food we’ve had in Italy. I will remember this lovely day in the mountains of positano forever. The views on the way back to the village are incredible. Thank you Emily!!!

Genuinely lovely family, beautiful view, super clean kitchen, very well organized class, and most importantly, great food! They shared their history, recipes, and methods. They made it really fun to build the ravioli and tagliatelle. They also were very helpful in organizing affordable transport - just WhatsApp them as suggested - and they met us at the plaza to walk us to their home. They were so efficient and well-prepared with ingredients and mixers and space, yet it was still a home and a family with an interesting history and lots of stories. I would recommend this over all of the other organized activities in Positano as truly genuine, warm, and fun.

Cooking at Emily’s beautiful villa was hands down our favorite thing we did in Positano. The passion she has for cooking and family makes the experience so much more personal and memorable. The setting is out of a magazine - gorgeous kitchen overlooking the mountains and ocean, perfect covered porch for gathering and eating, lemon and orange trees welcome you from the short walk scenic walk to the villa. That’s just the setting - the food might be the best meal my family has ever had! It was a cooking class with me and my husband, our twin boys, and grandma/grandpa. We are a family who loves to cook and eat, but making pasta and tiramisu from scratch is not something we have ever attempted. The fresh ingredients and the FUN we had with Emily and her family preparing these dishes while dancing in the kitchen made the food that much better. The wine and the limoncello were also great fun! I cannot express enough how much this intimate visit made a lasting impact on my family, Since being home we have already made a few dishes from the recipe booklet Emily sends along. This is a must do for anyone visiting Positano!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with Emily, Gennaro and their Mum. Welcomed into their lovely home and treated like family. Emily shared her family and grandmother’s amazing history with us whilst providing lots of tips on how to create the perfect pasta. This resulted in a delicious lunch paired with wonderful wine and homemade limoncello. We also made tiramisu which is something I wouldn’t normally choose however this version was fabulous. Will be using the recipes provided to cook for family when we return home. Also the view from the family villa is magnificent. This is by far the best experience we’ve had on our holiday❤️.
