The class was better than I hoped it to be. The food was amazing, but the experience to hear about family traditions and the Italian culture put the experience over the top!!!! Emily was fun, engaging and made it a memorable day.

I highly recommend this cooking class, not only because you learn to make some new dishes, but it was so much fun! Emily and her family all make it a fun experience with music and pictures. She gives you the background of her family’s recipes and different ideas for changing things up. We had both couples and singles in the group and it was great fun and great food! Emily is a treasure! Highly recommend this class - this is more than a class - a great experience that will encourage you to go home and try her recipes!

This was so much fun! Emily was an excellent host and teacher. We highly recommend this cooking class. We were welcomed into their home and made us feel right at home. The way they involved everyone in making the ravioli was great. Then of course eating it while she is sharing stories about her grandma and family was inspiring!

I wanted to do a cooking class in Italy and booked this one because it was in a local’s home. That local is Emily. During our time, Emily told us about the village of Positano, and shared how food, for her, is about family — especially her grandmother who taught them to cook. Food also represents tradition and creating special memories. We made tiramisu, cheese ravioli, and tagliatelle (lemon infused). Our foursome was part of a group of twelve, and it was a joy to share such a special experience with them. Emily and her family were wonderful hosts. I couldn’t recommend this experience more. Emily is special. And did I mention FUNNY? my body was fed, but so was my soul. This was a trip highlight!! Book it now.

This was the most beautiful and outstanding cooking class I have ever taken. In fact, it was one of the most special and beautiful memories I have ever had in Italy. The warmth and joy overflowed. Music and tradition and making pasta memories of a life time. No words can express my sincerest gratitude to Emily with her effervescent personally and love for family and tradition. I had missed my stop on the bus and her brother kindly escorted me to the location of the cooking class helping me find my way. Then I was met by wonderful guests, Emily and her momma. It will be a treasured memory of a lifetime. Food, family, music and love! Magnificent joy! Thank you for best day ever l! You will be so happy if you do this. Do not miss this sweet sweet cooking class which is a true gift to your soul! So much fun and delicious food too!! Go for it!! You will love it! Thank you Emily to you and your beautiful generation of family to bring the true Italian heart!

Emily, her brother and mother are all so welcoming! My mother and I enjoyed every minute of this cooking class. We got to learn about their Grandmother who gave Emily her love for cooking and the recipes we made were outstanding! We would do this experience over and over again. If you want a more intimate cooking class, from a family who has lived in Positano for generations, this is it! Just an easy bus ride out of the busy city of Positano and so worth it! If you’re on the fence of this cooking class or others, don’t be just book this one you will not be disappointed.

This was such a highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast! 100% recommend! We knew we wanted to do a cooking class and so glad this is the one we decided on. Our instructor was Emily, and she was a total delight. You’re in their beautifully renovated kitchen in their home with AMAZING views, which was authentic and inviting. We ate on their stunning covered patio overlooking the hillside. We stayed in Positano and Emily graciously offered to arrange shared transportation to and from so we met some of our fellow students on the way and saved on the ride as it was a small group. Thank you to Emily and her whole family for welcoming us to their home and teaching us how to make such a delicious meal and dessert!
