Our tour guide was an expert on the history of the island, took us to beautiful photo spots & even serenaded us as we sailed around the island. Patti carved in time for us to shop and went up on the chair lift with our kids - they were thrilled !

5.00Group of 4-couples, ranging in age from mid 60s to early 70s, originating out of Amalfi. Mondo’s itinerary for Capri by both water and land, was exactly what we were seeking and everything we experienced exceeded our expectations! Our guide Chiara meeting us at the Amalfi port, navigating us effortlessly to the correct ferry was in itself worth the price, given it was our first day and we had no idea the logistics of the area…we might still be there waiting on the dock if not for her! Upon arrival in Capri, she guided us to our boat for 2-hours of sheer sensory overload…the colors of the water and sky, the sheer cliffs and caves with stalactites and the famous Faraglioni rocks, words and pics cannot adequately describe. Afterwards, we were taken by bus to lunch. Another perk I found with Mondo was their flexibility in allowing us to choose where and for how long we wanted to go. I had discovered the restaurant located at Villa San Michele in Anacapri - Billy’s Bar (located at Villa San Michele - Anacapri) - elevated outdoor seating, offering ‘light-lunch’ options / cocktails while enjoying incredible views overlooking the Tyrrhenian. Chiara then escorted us and expedited purchase of our tickets for the Mount Solaro Chairlift. Most panoramic views of Capri! Single-seat chair, rising to a height of 1,900 ft. Ride takes approximately 35-minutes (roundtrip), but take time to stop at the top to enjoy views and bar / snacks. So much to see, so little time, we decided to spend our remaining time on the Anacapri side, Chiara allowing us free time to stroll. We ended our tour of Capri with Chiara escorting us to the ferry, once again ensuring we were properly on board, back to Amalfi. Chiara was unbelievable with all her local knowledge, her vibrant and energetic personality and her passion and love for what she does…sharing not only the beauty that obviously surrounded us in every direction, but the history and culture of the locale. Her engagement with each and our group made us feel like family. She truly did make our journey very special and most unique! Also, from the beginning of my booking, there was Federica in their Customer Service department who patiently, knowledgeably and most graciously, quickly responded to all my many questions over the 6-months prior to our trip. Thank you all at Mondo, it wouldn’t have been the same without all of you!

5.00Paola was an excellent guide (thank you Mondo Guides!!!). We dodged rain showers during this full day tour, so Paola re-arranged the schedule to make the best of a bad weather day. She is extremely helpful, upbeat and enthusiastic. Due to weather, the funicular ride to the island's top was cancelled and the 2-hour tour by boat was cancelled too, which would have been the best parts. Visiting the San Michelle mansion was very good. The rest of the tour basically involves walking down shopping streets, which was not that interesting. We tried to get an earler ferry back to Sorrento, but got rejected at the pier because the boat was full -- had to wait for the next ferry. The bad weather dampened our experience, but Paola as a guide is a "10"

5.00This tour was a perfect way to visit Capri from Sorrento. We met at Sorrento harbor, where our guide Ciro was waiting for us. He purchased our ferry tickets to Capri and help us board the ferry. After arriving on Capri he led us on a brief introduction walk around the town of Capri before giving us free time to explore. Then we were driven up to Anacapri where we were again given a short introduction followed by free time. Ciro helped us skip the long line to buy tickets to the chairlift to the top of the island, and recommended a great location to have lunch. After Anacapri, we were driven down to the harbor where a boat was waiting for us to travel around the island and see the cliffs and grottos. Even though it was a windy day, our captain still made sure to visit as much as he could while avoiding the choppier waters. After this small boat tour, we made our way back to the harbor where our guide once again help us board our ferry back to Sorrento.

5.00We had booked a Capri boat excursion from Sorrento with this company (Mondo Guide), but high winds forced cancellation of that excursion. Mondo Guide graciously offered us this Capri Deluxe Tour in its place (utilizing the high speed ferry to cross over to Capri, instead of the smaller boat originally booked). We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide, Patty, was wonderful -- a wealth of knowledge conveyed in a lively and interesting way (and she speaks beautiful English). We visited both Capri and Anacapri -- with free time given for shopping and lunch. We had the opportunity to take the chairlift up to Mount Solaro (we skipped this due to the winds and chilly weather). The tour also included a boat ride around the island, giving us the experience of sailing by the famous Faraglioni rocks. The Blue Grotto was unfortunately closed that day. We appreciated that Mondo Guide arranged things so that we did not miss out on our chance to see Capri. Great customer service! Thank you Vincenzo, Dario, Kavee, Nat and Patty!
