This beautiful sunlit family own farm is special. Carved into a hill and is harvesting multiple crops- not just lemons. Family style lunch made from scratch and a great tour of the 12 acre land, divided into terraces.

Three generations family farm on hillside welcomed us with enthusiasm and kindness. Our guide was one of the brothers and he did a great job educating us on the farm techniques, production of olive oils, lemons, lemoncello, hams, honey, and more. Truly amazing how much they can produce on the small family farm. After the tour we enjoyed a sit down lunch complete with several appetizers, a delicious pasta dish, their own red wine and an almond lemon cake and lemonchello. A pleasant afternoon of learning, and socializing with fellow travelers over a great meal.

If you want an authentic Italian farm to table experience, choose the La Masseria Farm tour. What a wonderful family that is dedicated to providing an historical overview of their farming livelihood at this location since 1898. The family welcomes you into their home, provides you with a fantastic tour of the farm, a fabulous meal that includes their exceptional Limoncello. A must do in Sorrento.

This was a fun and educational day. We walked among the groves and learned about lemons and their interesting growth cycle from bloom to mature lemons, saw how olives are harvested, and met the cutest goats. We visited the family wine making cellar with hams and cheese maturing in the same area. We tasted a variety of olive oils, had a wonderful dinner and bought some of their products to take home. This is a worthwhile and enjoyable experience, please go.

We loved this experience! Excellent value, interesting to learn about this family farm and their circular production, dinner was definitely more then ‘light’ - it was very tasty and was great to taste a variety of the farms produce. We especially loved the olive oils and limoncello, so much we bought some to take home. Highly recommend.
