This was a great experience! Mayu was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. She taught us the meaning and how to pronounce some Japanese phrases, help us with food selection at dinner and was very accommodating when my family wanted to go to other stores. This experience was a 10!

This is a shared minivan ride to the Diakoko car meet. The organizer was on time but our driver was a bit late so we ended up having about 45 minutes at the meet. It was the only way to really get to the meet but there isn’t really a tour involved. Consider this a shared Uber experience. The meet was fine — not the best turnout (Wednesday night) but plenty of cars for my teen boys to enjoy. It’s a 45 minute ride to Daikoku so you spend 2/3 of the time driving, FYI.

Mayu was a terrific guide! She was friendly, easy to communicate with, and super knowledgeable—our 12 year old anime fan loved seeing many of the places from his favorite manga and anime on this tour. We went to an izakaya for lunch that we never would have found on our own and enjoyed learning so much more about Japanese customs and culture through a great lunch conversation. Highly recommend!!

Even though there was slight rain, our guide, Kari, was able to get us to all of the stops. We were able to buy plenty of merchandise.

It was my first day in Tokyo and Ran was my tour guide for Shibuya. She was amazing. She took me to a wonderful restaurant and even taught me the phrases to say for eating. It was a wonderful meal I had at the restaurant. Then we explored Shibuya Parco that was an amazing floor of anime. Ran was a huge help as she took the time show me around and answer any questions I had. She even took the time to ask the store if they had what I was looking for. She even let me take a look at a few stores that weren't on the list to look around. She then showed me the wonderful game center where it was full of claw games. Ran was very sweet and knowledge. She was a big help and great tour guide for exploring Shibuya for my first day in Tokyo. If you want to explore parts Shibuya, enjoy a great meal and see some great stuff, this is the tour to take.

My son loves anime so much that it served as his inspiration to travel to Tokyo for his 13th birthday. This experience was an amazing adventure and truly personalized! Not only did we visit the shops and arcades, but we also went to the real life locations that inspired scenes from actual anime. Kari proved extremely knowledgeable about all things anime and shared so many fun facts and stories that made each stop even more special. If you have an anime fan in your family, I can’t recommend this experience enough
