Fantastic tour. Got sorted with horses and got information about the trip. Amazing views on the trip. The personal that was going with on the trip was very nice. Everyone that wished to got to try to ride tolt. Got separat in groups for those who want to ride faster and those who was more beginner.

The pickup went smoothly. Our two companions were very friendly, both in dealing with us as guests and with the horses. They have taken great care that we treat the horses with respect. I got tips on how to improve my riding style while riding. A complete rain outfit including rubber boots and riding helmet was provided. There is a star deduction as the horses have already finished saddled and cleaned waiting for us. I would have liked to do this myself to get to know the horse better.

What an amazing location of red lava rock, pines and moss forest scenery without traveling too far from town. From pick up to drop off, the timing was seamless. It rained the entire ride but care was given to make sure that we were armed with protection on this amazing ride.

This is such a beautiful thing to do. The horses are so honest and know their job well. Because we are experienced riders, we were taken off from the main group for a tolt....that was so fun and so special for us. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

That it is worth every second on the back of an Iceland pony! ❤️ I would do it anytime

The staff were absolutely fabulous! We were late because our Google maps took us to the wrong location, and the rest of the group had left when we finally arrived. They were so gracious and took the 4 of us out to catch up to the main group. They also provided coveralls, which were key on the cold, windy day we were there.

An experience I will remember forever. I chose the Hotel pickup and honestly, the conversations I had in the car with other tourists made me feel like I was part of a community even before the horse riding, I will say, majority of the group had some prior experience with horse riding while I was a beginner. The good thing is that there is an option to take a "walking" tour where you just ride the horse at a slower pace than the rest of the experienced group.
