What To Expect
A Vinyasa yoga session typically includes a variety of standing, seated, and supine poses, twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, backbends, and targeted core strengthening, among other things. Guided meditation, chanting, and breath work are all available in Vinyasa Yoga classes. Vinyasa yoga can be practiced at any level, tempo, or temperature based on individual preferences. Yogis can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity. A trained yoga instructor will guide you through your asanas and breathwork during the practice. You can choose to share your queries or interact with the instructor post your session over detox water or green tea.

It is a country that does not leave you indifferent, by its culture, its landscape and the treatment of respect and and pleasant of its people. 5.00Our instructor was patient and made the class to suit our abilities. We went in tense and more than a bit sore, but left fully relaxed and malleable. Great class and highly recommend!

5.00The yogashala is spacious. The props are top class. The teachers are experienced and warm. The have lockers and changing rooms, I also like the fact that the yogashala used to be a meditation center before it was converted into yogashala. Most importantly, the yogashala is always open and welcoming with lots of green space. Nourish by Avata is a great place to hang, for food, getting some work done. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I am at Avata 3-4 times a week for the last 6 months and I am not bored. I always look forward to yoga classes and going to the cafe. The cafe is vegetarian. The food is good.
