5.00Very good trip, they picked up us at the hotel then we got to see the animals and go on speed tour. My girl is five years old and that it was so good! Then after they drooped us off at the hotel.

5.00Such an amazing experience, learned lots about the reindeer and they are such kind gentle animals. Had the best time feeding them and going on the sleigh pulled by them and was finished off with hot chocolate around the fire. Would 1000% recommend, it’s a must do in Lapland!

5.00Bruno, our guide, gave us a very warm welcome. After a very pleasant drive to the farm, we enjoyed a fantastic sleigh ride with the reindeer. The farm owners and guides are truly passionate about what they do. The animals on the farm are very well cared for. It was a really great trip and experience. A big thank you to Bruno!

5.00Super chill and relaxing time! We were the only tourists at that time so we got to spend time with reindeer a lot and got to take many pictures together! Campfire was also really nice in the cold weather!

2.00After booking pre-communication was good with regular emails and a WhatsApp support number. Unfortunately on the day the activity was cancelled with about two hours notice (at 7.30am for a 9.30am pick-up) as it "was too cold", with no alternative offered as we were during peak season. The unfortunate thing of course in this scenario is that it spoils a day that was planned in advance, when you have very little time to try and fix one of your few days in Rovaniemi. As such, had to go with an alternative reindeer tour that was nearer half the price, a lot less special, but didn't have the same weather issues.
