Simply lie back on a comfortable beanbag and allow the sounds to guide you into a calm, meditative state.
The experience begins with a 10-minute body relaxation and ends with a gentle awakening and sharing moment. The sound journey itself lasts 40 minutes. Beanbag mattresses, blankets, and pillows are provided, and a warm cup of tea is included.
