14–15 – Guided Sauna Ceremony Your experience begins with a guided traditional Finnish sauna ceremony led by Sauna Kata. During this session you will experience gentle löyly (steam), aromatic herbs, traditional sauna whisking (vihta), and elements of Finnish sauna folklore. The ceremony is calm, grounding and deeply relaxing, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with your body. 15–17 – Smoke Sauna Session After the ceremony, you are free to enjoy the authentic Finnish smoke sauna at your own pace. The soft, lingering heat of the smoke sauna creates a uniquely smooth and relaxing sauna experience. Between sauna rounds you can cool off outside and take in the peaceful Finnish countryside surroundings. Optional Sauna Treatments During the smoke sauna session you may also book traditional sauna treatments with Sauna Kata. These include relaxing vihta whisking treatments and a nourishing honey massage, both designed to enhance relaxation and support circulation and wellbeing. Homemade Food (Optional) After the sauna, you can choose to enjoy simple homemade food prepared on site. Sharing a meal after sauna is a beloved Finnish tradition and a perfect way to end the experience.
