We all enjoyed the e-bikes in Belogradchik. Very well maintained and coming with great routes to follow. One of the vert nice experiences in the area.
Local operator wants to make the money at all cost and does not care about customer satisfaction

Unfortunately a very bad experience: The local operator was not flexible about the time for the rental and did not provide the bikes at the place indicated. Worst: I have repeatedly asked for a bike for my 10 year old son and was not told that it is not available until we arrived at the place. My son tried the adult bike as he was looking forward to the adventure. He fell during the trip and hurt himself badly. The local operator wanted to make the money at all cost and did not care about customer satisfaction. I usually do not write bad reviews but here ...
