The rescue diver is a very extensive course in which you will learn how to manage dive accidents, avoid problems under water and assist divers in trouble. Training as a rescue diver is the first step in becoming a helpful buddy and a responsible diver.

EFR is a complete training in first aid and readiness to help out in emergencies, useful for every traveller and diver. It is an internationally recognized frist aid qualification.

What To Expect

Rescue Diver: on your first day we will go over the theory with video and explanation. The next 2 days we go out for rescue dive training in shallow water and in the sea, we work you hard, but you will become a confident and strong diver ! EFR: no water training, only theory and practical exercises. We train with official CPR mannequins and a defibrilator trainer. New: we now also specialize in EFR for children, this as a half day course with CPR and first aid training for babies and children. The course takes 4 days, the price includes transport from hotel, lunch, snacks and drinks, dive equipment and instruction, boattrips. The entrance fees for the National Park is not included (400 Bht per diver).

Great experience to pass the Rescue Diver. Manu is very welcoming and gives plenty of information. I had the chance to spend my Rescue Diver with Barry who is an excellent teacher, professional, demanding who knows how to put at ease and make the practice fun. All in the beautiful setting of Siam Beach (J1) and on 2 dive sites of Koh Kut (J2). I highly recommend!

I recently went diving at BB diver Koh Kut and it truly was a great experience. The atmosphere was fun while remaining serious on all important aspects. Manu was very welcoming and her positive energy was contagious. The rest of the local Thai team were very knowledgeable, and the food on the boat was great. I have dived in over a dozen places worldwide and this experience in Koh Kut is definitely in the top trips!
