Travel into the protected waters of Resurrection Bay in search of gray whale on their annual migration through Alaskan waters on this 4-hour excursion. Gray whales migrate over 5,000 miles from Baja to the Bering and Chukchi Seas each year in search of food. They begin their migration north in late February and travel through Alaskan waters in the spring. In addition to gray whales, watch for humpback whales, orca, Steller sea lions, sea otters, Dall's porpoises, harbor seals, bald eagles, and many other types of marine birds.

What To Expect
Join us for our first cruise of the season as we search for wildlife and epic views in Resurrection Bay. Our Spring Wildlife Cruise takes you through Resurrection Bay to the edge of the Gulf of Alaska in search of our returning visitors. Watch for Steller sea lions, sea otters, Dall’s porpoises, harbor seals, bald eagles, and more. Occasionally, you will see mountain goats with their newly born kids and a chance for early season humpback whales or orcas. Our tour is fully narrated by our experienced captains and naturalist crew members.

5.00The captain was amazing. We didn’t see any whales during our visit but since it wasn’t the right time of year we knew there was little chance. However, the captain tried really hard to find them and we saw all kinds of other beautiful wildlife. This is a must do excursion no matter the time of year!

5.00This was an incredible experience! The boat itself was spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to take in the views. We saw so much wildlife! A humpback whale, sea otters, sea lions, harbor seals, bald eagles and playful dall’s porpoises that swam along the boat. The scenery with the mountains and glaciers in the background was spectacular! We highly recommend this cruise. Our captain was amazing at handling the boat and educating us, and the crew was kind, helpful and clearly love what they do. Take the tour! It’s something you will always remember!

5.00It’s an extremely nice experience!!! Don’t. Worry about being out in the cold for the whole trip. They have plenty of room inside the cabins for you and you family.

5.00Captain Lauren heard about an Orca sighting and took us to see them. She and the crew pointed out lots of wildlife and interesting land formations. Definitely a trip worth taking.
