Upon arriving at Isla de Lobos, you can explore the island at your own pace. Take your time to appreciate its unique landscapes or relax on its beaches. To the left, an 8-minute walk from the port brings you to "La Concha" beach, while to the right, a 7-minute walk leads to El Puertito, an old fishing village with a beautiful beach of pale golden sand. For those who enjoy hiking, the island has several trails. You can ascend "La Caldera," a volcanic cone 127 metres high, offering breathtaking views of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. The hike up and down takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Alternatively, visit the Martiño lighthouse to the north for panoramic sea views and vistas of the Lanzarote volcanoes. If you prefer, you can walk around the entire island, which takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Great ferry trip (booked on viator as was staying in Costa Calma and wanted a secure booked place to warrant getting buses up north). Booth was easy to find and boat and staff were great. Well worth the early morning!

Long walk before you reach the start, well worth the views when you get to the top. Walked around the rest of the island

We booked a return ferry trip through Viator. A little unsure if there would much more than the extinct volcano but to our surprise there was far more on the island than we expected. Some small dwellings, an exhibition and a nice walk to the lighthouse. Island is far bigger than you can see from Fuerteventura so keep that in mind if you have the 4 hour return ticket. You can hike up the volcano trail but we were short on time. Overall, thoroughly recommend.

Friendly greeting at the kiosk. Ferry was on time. Pleasant crossing. Lobos is great for 2 to 3 hours. We have been up the volcano before, so just went to the beach this time. There are toilets at the visitor centre.
