What To Expect
We are a pickup and drop-off company. We collect customers' bags from homes, hotels, and Airbnbs, and deliver them directly to the airport. After drop-off, we also handle the check-in process for the luggage. This way, travelers can enjoy their last day without having to worry about carrying or checking in their bags.

5.00An absolutely wonderful service. This idea is very innovative and so convenient when travelling. Everything went according to plan: the representative picked up the suitcase at the agreed time, and the formalities were very simple. Thanks to BagBee, I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night next day to check in my luggage at dawn (I had an early flight). I also purchased the suggested Fast Track option from BagBee, which was a great decision, because it turned out that the airport was extremely crowded, with many flights departing. The price for the quality of this service (which also includes not having to carry luggage and peace of mind at the airport) is very reasonable. Of course, I picked up my luggage without any problems at the destination airport. Brilliant! What's more, and very importantly, the communication was excellent throughout, the staff responded to emails very quickly and found solutions to some problems (which I encountered with MY email). To sum up: very good communication, very patient and polite staff, a great idea for a service in itself, and excellent execution. I would very much like to see similar options at other airports. There are 5 stars, but I would gladly give 10.

5.00Bagbee’s communication and service were top notch! It was easy to handoff our luggage and so pleasant not to have to bring it along on the shuttle to the airport. The gentleman who picked up our luggage was punctual and pleasant. We will definitely use the service again when we’re in Iceland.

5.00Wow, what a difference this service made for us! We’re a family of five heading on a ski vacation with a total of eight bags, four ski bags and four conventional bags. The bags were picked up the day before departure, which meant we could avoid long lines and go straight to security at the airport. Everything was completely seamless and professional, and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this fantastic service!

5.00Great service. Happened to hear about this service on a FaceBook post just before we traveled to Iceland the first week in December. The Iceland bus system is very good overall but you have to drag your suitcases to and from the airport. Not fun, especially in the wind and snow. BagBee solved half of the problem by picking up our suitcases at our hotel and delivering them to our departing airline. They checked our passport and boarding passes at the hotel and provided claim checks for our bags. The BagBee app keep us up to date on their progress to the airport including pictures. The next time we saw our bags was on the baggage claim conveyor at our home airport. Well worth the cost!

5.00Love this service and wish we had it in the US. I used this on my last Iceland trip too. They came right to my hotel, picked up my luggage, and checked it in. Then I could use my last day for sightseeing without dragging bags around. Added bonus—at airport you can skip the long check in line and just head for security!
