What To Expect
For a hint of what 18th century Richmond might have looked like there are few better places to examine than the unusual Adam Craig House. The oldest frame house in Richmond is also one of the most haunted. Hear the story of the spirit of the Southside Killer and the unfortunate events and haunts connected.
Completed in 1873, building this 4,000 foot-long Church Hill Tunnel proved problematic, resulting in tragic death and subsequent hauntings. Hear horrific tales of the lost spirits here.

5.00Bryce T was our amazing and entertaining tour guide! It was a delight, not too much walking and relatively easy hills for richmond. An absolute blast, even on a busy bustling Saturday night in richmond it still had an eerie intrigue. Will definitely be returning and getting the emf detector next time. Very informative for visiting multiple historical spots and museums

Our guide, Hampton, was very knowledgeable and engaging, sharing both historical background info along with the ghost stories. This was a really cool way to get introduced to the city and learn some fun ghost stories -- whether you're a skeptic or a believer!

5.00This was a ghostly cool tour! Brice was our tour guide and was great! He really brought the ghostly stories of Shockoe Bottom to life! He really took care of us and made Shute nobody became ghosts ourselves. A cool way to experience Richmond!

1.00This was the worst tour we have ever been on. Our guide Bryce T was a disaster - the history was inaccurate, the stories seemed made up, and there were NO ghost stories. Truly awful. We should have been paid to go on this tour.

1.00This was the single worst tour we have ever gone on. The guide was so odd, the stories were not ghost stories and the history was not accurate. Truly so bad all the way around. Bryce T would be better suited at another job. And this tour is a huge waste of money.

1.00I selected this ghost tour because it received five stars on Tripadvisor. Lessons learned not to 100% trust what other people have to say about tours! Overall, the tour was a big disappointment. The tour guide tried his best, I guess, but the script was so poorly executed. We just walked around looking at various dark sites for an hour in a shady part of town. I think if the scripts were better and the tour guide was more into it, it would have been salvageable. My wife and I took our daughter on this tour as part of his birthday, and it was a waste of our time and money. We were the only tourists who gave the tour guide a tip. The other tourists bailed right away!
