  We had an awesome time with Ben and Patrick as our guides. The day was very well organised with our pickup at 7:30 from the intercontinental, we had one other stop and arrived around 9:45. The tour included a boat trip through the Navua river past waterfalls, rainforest and amazing birds. We visited the local village and were given a tour of their farm/garden. We then visited a waterfall which we were able to swim under. Absolutely spectacular. We were then provided lunch (get the coconut fish!!) and prepared for tubing. The tubing was stunning, we had a little bit of rain which was actually lovely as we floated down the river with a special serenade at the end. An amazing day! Note: bring a waterproof bag/ phone case, sunscreen and water. Trip does take 2-2.5 hours from coral coast each way, but totally worth it!

  A fabulous trip, waterfalls, river, villiages, mountains, great friendly guides, terrific lunch interesting local information. We learned so much and so much fun. Tubing down the river was awesome, felt safe 100% of the time. Part of cost for the trip goes to the Village people we visited.

  We highly recommend this excursion. We were picked up at our accommodation and transported to the excursion location by friendly Freddie!!! We were warmly greeted, equipped with life preservers and inner tubes at the excursion start location. We enjoyed the long boat cruise along the river with scenic, waterfalls and rural landscapes with Captain Moses! The visit to the village was interesting and enlightening. Next, the short hike to the waterfall was easily accomplished and the waterfall view and swimming hole were picturesque and invigorating. Lunch serving was very adequate and quality was good. The highlight of the trip was tubing down the river with our entire excursion group, being serenaded along the way by the guides (wonderful voices!!) while drifting down the light to moderate tubing rapids. Five-star review for all, ESPECIALLY the wonderful guide, Dougie!! Vinaka!

  We loved our time with the local Fijian people on this experience. The river tubing was so much fun and the guides were so friendly and welcoming. The local lunch that was provided was great and the visit to the village was interesting and informative. And the singing was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

  This has been my fourth time to do the River Tubing Fiji, Navua River. The staff/guides are the best one could ask for. They are friendly, fun and make sure your trip is all you desired. I would highly recommend making this a part of your time in Fiji.

  Had an amazing experience on this trip. The boat ride up river and down again were beautify. The stop at the village and seeing the daily life of the locals was enlightening. Swinging in the waterfall was refreshing. The food was plentiful and delicious. The guide and boat captains were fantastic and fun. Look forward to doing it again someday.

  My boyfriend and I don't usually go on excursions, preferring to do our own thing, but we were so glad we did this one! It was raining the whole time, but you get wet on the trip anyway. The river was very full and muddy from all the rain, but the rapids weren't scary. The trail to the swimming hole under a waterfall looked a bit treacherous alongside the raging river, but it was all still so amazing to look at. The BBQ lunch was the best food we had, the whole 2 weeks we spent in Fiji. By the end of the tubing and for the remainder of the longboat ride back to the starting point, I was cold and shivering, but I'd still go back and do it again in the rain! ...however, I'd instead like to go back and do it in the sun! Our guide, Dougie, said the river water is usually clear and blue! He was awesome, btw. Thanks again, Dougie! Glad you found your shoe! :D
