5.00The guides are all super professional and fun! This is a definitive must-do and we are gonna do it way more times over again. So much fun and beautiful views along the river. Wear sneakers and bring dry clothes to change into after.

5.00This tour is not for the faint of heart!! We went in thinking it was a relaxing day floating on the rio… but it was more like white water rafting in tubes! The guides were amazing & so much fun and kept us super safe & pointed out some really cool places and things!

5.00The tubing was more of an adventure than I thought it would be but I highly recommend! The guides were all great, especially my guide Jose who was so good to me. He ensured that I had a fun time and really worked to get me through the rapids etc. Jose was amazing! We had a long ride down the river followed by sandwiches, muffins, and wonderful fresh fruit. If you’re looking for an adventure in Boquete, this is for you.

5.00Was expecting a leisurely float down a river, but was surprised and pleased to learn it would be much intense white water tubing. We had great guides who got us safely down the river. They also provided (for free) great videos and photos of each of us at different parts along our whitewater journey. Kudos too for the nice picnic buffet brunch at the end. I highly recommend this adventure to those up for it.

5.00My friends and I had an amazing time with the awesome guides from Beyond Adventures! We did two tours with them: the Hot Springs and Whitewater River Tubing. The highlight of our entire trip to Panama was definitely the river tubing. Be forewarned—when the water is high, this trip isn’t for everyone. But for those comfortable in swift water, the continuous Class III rapids, each ridden solo in an inner tube, make for one of the most exhilarating experiences I’ve ever had. The guides were fantastic and clearly having a ton of fun themselves. A cute post-trip meal of coffee, fresh fruit, sandwiches, and beverages was the perfect touch as we relived our harrowing tales of adventure! The Hot Springs tour has a much more relaxed vibe. Many other activities were closed due to heavy rain from Hurricane Melissa (which had recently pelted Jamaica), so this was a great alternative. Keep your expectations modest—the springs are pleasantly warm but not very large. That said, I loved driving through the rural countryside to get there and stopping at a tiendita for snacks on the way back. If the nearby river hadn’t been a raging, muddy torrent, it would have been fun to hop in for a cool contrast to the hot springs. I highly recommend booking a trip with Beyond Adventures. They make transportation incredibly easy and are eager to share their local knowledge.
