We loved the Brazando Experience through Viator! Dana was welcoming and engaging, and Chef Caesar was incredible. Making the empanadas ourselves was such a fun, hands-on highlight, and the food was delicious. A memorable experience we highly recommend.

I’m from Costa Rica and I went with my wife to learn how to make the Argentine roast, but it really was more than that, one of the best experiences of our whole trip through that country. You learn a lot, have a great time and become friends. Recommended experience for any level you have in the kitchen/grill

It was a wonderful experience, the hospitality and treatment we received from start to finish made us feel at home. We could know how it is an authentic Mendoza homemade roast in a relaxed and friendly Mood. They taught us how to prepare the roast in detail explaining each step and sharing their tips, from lighting the fire to finding the perfect spot of meat. We also learned to prepare the traditional patties with the special touch of grilling. We ate hearty and delicious, we highly recommend this experience!

Step by step explanation is provided in the preparation and execution of the recipes and the asado, including the start of the fire, times and temperatures of the different meats and sharing their traditions. It is a relaxed environment and a superb gastronomic experience

The location was changed although the one we went to was nice and rustic. We were well received by Donna and Cesar. The experience was generally good, but was disappointed when I tried to purchase bottles of wine and there were no labeled bottles to purchase. I think for the amount of money we paid for the experience they would have wine readily available to be purchased. It was just the two of us and I am pleased that they didn’t cancel.

Very good deal, punctual with the schedule, very good food. I recommend having skipped lunch because the amount of food prepared is very much.

Asado Extravaganza! Our gracious hosts, Cesár and Ana, led us through this 4 hour traditional asado process. A truly great introduction to Argentinian culture. We began with an aperitif Ana called vermouth. She added seltzer to make it tasty and light and served dips and olives for a little appetizer. A relaxed and yummy beginning. While Cesar was on the barbecue, minding the coals and beginning the roasting process, Ana put us to work making empanadas, flour wraps filled with beef, onions, and spices. We also learned how to make the Argentinian versions of fresh salsa and chimichurri we ate with the empanadas and on the meat from the grill. We ate our empanadas as an appetizer, then embarked on the traditional order of Asada. Chorizo sandwich with fresh salsa and chimichurri Kidney, blood sausage, and intestine Meats, including ribs and steak with veg and salads Dessert - we had flan with dolce de leche The whole experience was magnificent! Hooray for Braseando!

Great sampling of the traditional Asado meal with wine. We helped make empanadas and observed how to make the salsa and grill the meats. Recipes are provided afterwards for you to try them on your own at home. A fun, relaxing afternoon with plenty of food! Highly recommend!
