5.00Enrique was an engaging and informative guide to the art and soul of coffee, from growing and caring for the plants to picking, drying, and roasting the beans. We had a hands-on experience of roasting our own small batch of beans to our desired level of roasting which we took home for a taste of Panama back home. Enrique also demonstrated four different methods of brewing the coffee with a taste testso we could compare and contrast. This was really a fun experience!

5.00What an absolutely wonderful coffee tour experience! Enrique was a delight! Intelligent, humorous, engages the tour guests with comfort, kindness and sincerity. Each step of the coffee growing process was explained is just-the-right detail level, and then we got to roast our own bag of coffee. Too much fun! First class experience all the way.

5.00If you pass through Boquete, there is one step that is absolutely essential: the Finca Casenga. And if you're lucky enough to meet Albert as your guide, consider yourself privileged. Far from a simple farm visit, it is a real immersion in the world of coffee, from seed to cup. Hand-picking, drying, artisan roasting... each step takes on a whole new dimension when told with equal passion and pedagogy. Albert explained everything in French, with a generosity that made this family experience even more memorable. We leave not only with a beautiful coffee culture, but above all with this rare feeling of having experienced something authentic, carried by someone who deeply loves his job.
