I read all the reviews of this tour before booking and expected a really fun private or semi-private tour. The day was long, crowded and chaotic. We paid for a tour for 8 with a guide and air conditioned transport + beach break. We stood around in a dirty lot for about an hour then had to walk to the ziplines/animals; we were on the side of a busy street with small kids. We got passed off to another guide who told us to go to the animals and left us there. Other groups were also touring so the entire animal area was overcrowed with no real direction. There were 2 monkies, 1 sloth, a hamster-like anmial and a parrot; all of these were in run down cages. We couldn't find our guide after the animal part so we went over the the zip line area and were told to wait. The zip lines were not organized by group, if the truck arrrived to pick you up, you had to push your way into boarding. The staff on the platforms was terrific, spirited, friendly, fun. The course is huge, in the forest over a creek. The zip lines themselves were fun once we got started but then they suggested everyone tip $20 each, that is tacky. Finally, our guide came back to us but told us that our beach break (supposed to be Tabyann with chairs) but our guide told us that is not what we got so he drove us to another place in a van, no a/c on another part of the island. This guide was nice, spoke English, got us some snacks, local fruit and helped us buy some street food. Overall, the zip lines were fun but the rest left us feeling like we were wondering around trying to figure out what's going on. The beach (Hideaway) had a constant stream of people walking up and down the beach trying to sell you something (bracelets/shells/clothing/etc).

Exciting zip line experience. Got to fly through the forest. David, the tour guide, did a great job with making sure groups got back to the cruise ships in time.

All the guys operating the zip lines were very kind and helpful and insured our safety. THANK YOU from two elderly customers with late onset muscular dystrophy: my sister and me. They provide free lockers with keys and bathrooms. GREAT JOB.

After we walked out the port to meet them outside of Gate 1, they had red shirts on that said Anderson tours. One of them walked us to the zip line area which was not that far. We felt safe the entire time zip lining. The workers were all trained and made sure to care for everyone in our group. Afterwards, we had a tour of the animals in the same place. We saw monkeys, guinea pigs, a sloth, a macaw, and a few other animals. Then they set us up with a driver and vehicle that took our group to see the chocolate factory, we stopped at a shop and then he took us to the beach. We had a fun experience even though we zipped lined in the rain. We could’ve just walked off the ship to the zip line for $50, but the $15 extra to go to the beach was worth it. It was a nice calm beach to go to.

Very good, this was our 2nd time doing this activity. We were on a Carnival Cruise and were reluctant at first to book an excursion without going through Carnival but it went so good we came back again!

David went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Everything from zip lining and seeing the animals and snorkeling and beach day went very smooth.

This was the best zipline experience ever!! First it started with Anthony, who drove us to and from everywhere. He was a great tour guide, pointing out sites along the way, and stopping so we could take pictures. He even got us water because it was so hot!! Our guides on the zipline, Pancho and Marvin, talked us through everything and helped us when needed. They even taught my daughter new tricks! She loved every minute of it. There were 16 stations and you didn't have to walk all the way up. Everyone was friendly and cordial. I am definitely coming back!!!

We had a great time in Roatan! Jenny with Anderson tours met us just outside the port. Took us to our first stop for ziplining. Got us to the front of the line to get checked in. The ziplining was awesome. Guides were fun and engaging. Next we went to see and pet the sloth and monkey and my kids held the monkey. You can no longer hold the sloth but you can pet it. Next we stopped at the chocolate factory for a tasting then off to the West Bay beaches. Had a fantastic lunch and got some time to swim in the clear blue water. On our way back we stopped at the rum factory for some samples of rum and rum cakes. Highly recommend Wandering Spirit and the island original cake. Stopped at the Roatan sign for some pictures and then back to the port. We were able to see and do so much on this tour. Our guide was fantastic (Jenny). If you can, request her on your next trip. She made sure we got to see just about everything Roatan has to offer. We truly enjoyed our excursion and time in Roatan.

The 16 zip lines were challenging. We enjoyed the animal Exhibit. Our guide left us stranded in a location for an hour. He had two of our bags so we could not leave and our beach time was shortened. He served another party over us.
