We are located in Hacienda Santa Ana, Bayamón, just 20 minutes from the San Juan area.

In the aged spirits world, the “angel’s share” is known as the small percentage of alcohol that evaporates inside a barrel as it ages. What the angels don’t take, it’s for all of us to enjoy! To celebrate, we’re sparing no expense in this tasting experience. You’ll get to taste it all. From the fruit notes of Dos Estrellas to our cult-classic Tres Estrellas. You’ll also sip Ron del Barrilito Cuatro Estrellas, a new blend available exclusively at Hacienda Santa Ana, and of course, the crown jewel: Cinco Estrellas. There’s no better opportunity to taste all of these world-class rums in a single tasting.

5.00First of all, the drinks at the bar are top notch! Our tour guide’s name was Rogelio and he was very informative. We really enjoyed the history tour and also we enjoyed the privilege of tasting the fine rums, especially the 4 and 5 stars. We loved the certificates too! We are going to keep them in our bar area at home. This was worthwhile. Also, the property itself is beautiful. I think it might save some money to buy this tour directly on the website of the distillery instead of through Viator because there really was no “line” to skip. But it was useful since I booked other tours on Viator so I kept track of things easier on the app.

5.00This was a great tour learning about the history of this San Juan family's distillery. It is no longer owned by the family, but the distillery has upheld their legacy. The tasting was also very informative. I really enjoyed the authentic experience this is.

5.00The tour of the grounds and factory was very informative. Octavio was a GREAT tour guide and patiently answered all of the questions we asked. He really knew his stuff! The cocktails were amazing. Expertly crafted by the mixologists, made us want more, so we had seconds! The tasting of the four types of rum was a great way to wrap up the tour. How else would you know what a $750 bottle of rum tastes like? We took the tour on the advice of a bartender and we’re glad we did. Happy to be fans of Ron de Barrilito. Worth a quick drive or Uber ride if you’re staying in San Juan. The place is fairly small and tours are done hourly in groups - you don’t need Skip the Line tickets. Just sign up for a tour directly on the Ron de Barrilito site and save a few bucks.
