5.00Absolutely fantastic experience! My lesson was much more than just a cooking class: it was a real dive into Roman culture. The atmosphere was welcoming, fun and perfectly organized, ideal even for those who start from scratch in the kitchen. Preparing the carbonara step by step was super addictive. Clear explanations, quality ingredients and many little secrets that really make a difference. And then... the spritz! A perfect accompaniment that made everything even more pleasant and convivial. The teacher was very nice, patient and full of energy, able to put everyone at ease and create a very special group atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to live an authentic, tasty and fun experience in Rome.
