Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Minimum height, approximately 140 cm.
Altitude - youths aged 13-15 years can participate without adult supervision, but a guardian must complete the disclaimer on their behalf.
Altitude - Children aged 8-12 years must be actively supervised by a responsible person 16 years and older.
Altitude - long hair and loose items must be secured.
Altitude - closed toe footwear only.
No smoking, eating or drinking.
If a participant shows signs of intoxication, they will not be allowed on the tour.
All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions.
All participants to wear appropriate clothing for weather i.e. rain jacket for wet days, warm jacket for cold days.
Altitude - participants must be between 30 kg and 120 kg.
Must be in good health, without high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, dizziness or other conditions that may be aggravated by the adventure.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Redwoods Altitude
Altitude is part of the adventure combo experience. Fully guided for 2 hours.
Treewalk daytime and Fast Pass access to the nighttime Treewalk is included in the adventure combo experience. Self-guided for 30-40 mins per day visit and per night visit. Next to the Treewalk is where our new Redwoods Glowworms eco-cave is located. This experience is fully guided and takes approx. 10 mins to complete.

5.00I joined alone from Japan!! It was such a wonderful experience! Thank you to all the staff!! Yesterday I joined the redwoods night tree walk plan and chose to visit the redwoods during the day. This course is much more thrilling than a regular treewalk!! I couldn't speak English, so I joined while using the voice interpretation function on my smartphone. There were words I didn't understand here and there, but thanks to the kind staff, I really enjoyed it. Also, the tour goers I went with helped me! At the first explanation, the insecure person fronts the line. Or I was asked to stay at the back. I was at the front of the line and had him assist me! It was heartening. I joined because I wanted to feel the nature, but I was so desperate to get the balance right that it was hard to concentrate on the scenery when I was crossing the bridge! I'm going to have muscle aches tomorrow!! On the bridge, he said it was difficult to concentrate on the scenery, but during the tour you feel the negative ions in the trees. And I felt that seeing nature from a height that you can't usually see is the most valuable thing! There was even a little bungee at the end!! Amazing. I feel like Tarzan. I felt really good about it!! Thank you very much.

4.00Safety was good. Felt Guides didn't engage with the group (of 4) Guide was ahead on next bridge while last person still coming through missing instructions. Behind guide had a sleep on bridge while a talk was going on.. tour ok

5.00Chloe and Tori were by good luck our guides, and Graciela and I [Alberto] hope we showed our appreciation to both of them, but we wish we had thanked them more because they are our best memory from beautiful New Zealand. Chole guided us very gently the first part of the adventure and then switched, and Tori guided us at the end. Our 3-Hour Redwoods Adventure on the 21st of May 2025 was dreamy. Graciela, my wife, started the adventure feeling fearful about the heights but with Chloe and Tori's help she became confident enough to do the final high jump from the tree platform to the ground. I am only sorry that while feeling elated by the experience I forgot to give a cash tip to Chloe and Tori because they are such natural lovely persons that they appeared to be guiding us just for pleasure and we forgot they were working like we all do to pay the bills. Traveling from New York we had been told that people do not tip in New Zealand. However, later on I found that tipping was done and welcomed there too, and Graciela and I did it at other places we visited afterward. Graciela and I strongly wish that all of Chloe and Tori's plans and dreams come true!!! We know that Chloe will soon become a superb airplane pilot.
I would do it again!

5.00The view was amazing! I'm scared of hights and i was trying to face my fairs! The staff Chole and Zack made me feel so safe! I had a great time in the forest connecting with nature and I think it was an awesome experience and I would definitely do it again!

5.00Our group showed up and we're immediately greeted by the very friendly staff, they were very organized and got us split into group with two guides per group (we had T and Tory for our group). While going up 25m is incredibly daunting the staff made sure to assure us multiple times that there's zero chance of us falling off until the very end. Zip lining was incredibly fun aswell as doing the final jump off the platform ( a very safe and controlled jump). Overall 10/10 experience
