Tania provided a fascinating tour! She is personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about architecture. She gave us context and stories behind the buildings. Rotterdam is a modern city with a depth of history, all communicated well. We highly recommend Tania’s tour, USA Sisters

Tania was the definition of being an extraordinary tour guide! She displayed a true love as well as outstanding knowledge of Rotterdam architecture- all with boundless energy and enthusiasm. The architectural nuances she pointed out were intriguing as were her explanations of the historical sequences of Rotterdam.. Tania truly explained how Rotterdam was a “ playground for modern and groundbreaking architecture” from The Markal to the Cube houses. She spent was over two hours with us and was so patient in answering all our questions. If you’re in Rotterdam -do this your - you’ll love it!

Sylvia brought to life Rotterdam but also made us think how much an impact the city had on architecture around the world and in our country. It was the best tour on our trip but more than than it made us feel connected to the city. After the tour we back tracked and spent more time eating, shopping and basically taking in the City. Would love to return to Rotterdam and explore more.

We very much enjoyed our Architecture Highlights tour with Silvia. There was only 1 other person with us which made for a more conversational tour. Although we have been to Rotterdam before it was interesting to hear about another (and important) aspect of the city and see how the planning and architecture have changed since WWII. Highly recommend doing this tour when visiting Rotterdam, particularly if interested in architecture.
