This Express Service has a maximum of two stops at hotels in Palm Beach or Eagle Beach.

Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Please arrange your return trip to the airport at least 48 hours prior to your departure by contacting the supplier directly.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00I've used DePalm Tours for 3 years now and cannot say enough good things about them!! We use them for our airport/hotel transfer and they're always great, cost effective and reliable. The buses are super comfortable and air conditioned. This year we wanted to explore the island a little so we booked the North Coast Safari and Snorkeling tour. It was me, my husband and 6 year daughter on the tour. We had such a great time and learned so much. Our tour guide Wille, was the ABSOLUTE best!! First off his knowledge on the island was great. He's a local and was able to tell us so much interesting information about the island, most of which I had no idea about was in awe. Secondly, he was beyond personable and made us laugh countless times. We were constantly learning and seeing beautiful things and laughing. It was seriously the best time!! I love taking pictures and he would just show us the best places to take pictures at the locations we were in. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend DePalm tours for not only airport/hotel transport but for tours. Willie you are the man!!! Thank you for making our last day on the island a memorable one!!

5.00The Driver, Raymond, was so knowledgeable and funny! Someone left their phone on the bus and he turned right around to go back to the previous hotel and return it so that person had their phone for their trip. Very nice and very safe driver!

5.00When we arrived, we were immediately met by our driver. He got us into a van withing 2 minutes and we were off and to our hotel within 15 minutes. We have tried the free hotel service before. While nothing wrong with it, we had to make 4 or 5 stops before and it took over an hour to get to the hotel. This meant almost no beach time on the 1st day (arrive around 3 pm), whereas with viator we were on the beach in 45 minutes after arriving. It was worth the money.
