Please note: Transport is only available for Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotels. Transport to private residences or locations outside of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach is not available.
Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Please arrange your return trip to the airport at least 48 hours prior to your departure by contacting the supplier directly.
What To Expect

5.00Pickup was by De Palm tours bus and it was never full either direction. The driver stowed our luggage and stopped at various hotels in a timely manner. I would use again in Aruba.

1.00Took over an hour to get to the hotel. Made about a dozen stops in between. By the time we waited on the bus and got to our hotel. It was nearly an hour and a half later.

3.00Upon our arrival in Aruba we were greeted by a very pleasant driver and bus ride was fine. Our hotel called to schedule our return trip to the airport and we were told pickup would be at 11:15. At 11:30, called and were told bus was on its way. At 11:45, called again and finally a very kind driver picked us up in a smaller shuttle. It turns out the bus driver forgot to pick us up. Luckily it was a non event as we had plenty of time before our flight and the driver who did pick us up was lovely. If we had been on an earlier flight this could’ve been a huge problem.

1.00If you book and pay for private vehicle trips to/from airport and chat with an agent to assure you are getting the ride you requested, don’t expect to get your request and assurance to be accurate or honored. I took screenshots of my conversation with their agent, assuring me that we were getting a private vehicle and when we got to the airport, they wanted to give us a larger shared vehicle with several stops before we get to our resort. We ended up paying for a taxi to take us to our resort. Very disappointed!

3.00De Palm was the company that Air Canada Vacations used to transfer us to the hotel and then back to the airport again. They weren't really friendly at all but they weren't rude either. Just indifferent. The drive to the resort was good and pretty quick. Our pick up from our hotel to the airport, not so much. It was scheduled at 12:15pm. They showed up just after 1pm, 45 minutes late. Not even an apology. If the staff was friendly and they apologized for being so late, I would easily have rated them 5 stars. Much like them, I am indifferent.
