Please note: Transport is only available for Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotels. Transport to private residences or locations outside of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach is not available.
Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Please arrange your return trip to the airport at least 48 hours prior to your departure by contacting the supplier directly.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We really appreciated the Aruba airport transfer offered by Depalm. They were polite and on time, and the coach was very clean. It was easy to change the time when we realized that we had miscalculated and could spend an extra hour on the beach. The only caution I would make is that we were not aware that the pick up with a window rather than a fixed time; our 1:20 pickup came at 1:35, which our hotel assured us was fine. And they were right: we got to the airport in great time.

3.00I booked my transfer with viator, got to Aruba airport at 3 , met with the person in yellow as I was told to , he then sent me to someone on a red shirt, who then said not go back to the person on yellow , then an Amstar rep told me to wait as he has a few more people to come on so he can take us all to Secrets, we sat there until 4 pm , then they were ready to pick up .

5.00I was nervous to be traveling by myself. After picking up my luggage and heading out of the airport, I immediately saw the people with the “yellow” shirts. So easy from there. Directions to the bus. Very friendly good driver.

1.00I didn’t even end up getting the return transportation they wouldn’t let you chose what time. Also it’s falsely advertised on Viator website it doesn’t say it is shared makes it seem private which it is not at all
