Please note: Transport is only available for Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotels. Transport to private residences or locations outside of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach is not available.
Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Please arrange your return trip to the airport at least 48 hours prior to your departure by contacting the supplier directly.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect

Please note: Transport is only available for Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotels. Transport to private residences or Airbnb's is not available. Transportation to hotels located outside of Palm Beach and Eagle Beach is not available.

1.00If you book and pay for private vehicle trips to/from airport and chat with an agent to assure you are getting the ride you requested, don’t expect to get your request and assurance to be accurate or honored. I took screenshots of my conversation with their agent, assuring me that we were getting a private vehicle and when we got to the airport, they wanted to give us a larger shared vehicle with several stops before we get to our resort. We ended up paying for a taxi to take us to our resort. Very disappointed!

3.00De Palm was the company that Air Canada Vacations used to transfer us to the hotel and then back to the airport again. They weren't really friendly at all but they weren't rude either. Just indifferent. The drive to the resort was good and pretty quick. Our pick up from our hotel to the airport, not so much. It was scheduled at 12:15pm. They showed up just after 1pm, 45 minutes late. Not even an apology. If the staff was friendly and they apologized for being so late, I would easily have rated them 5 stars. Much like them, I am indifferent.

5.00Very nice group and very easy to work with on planning the take and return to the airport. They will NOT take you to an AirBNB but a resort hotel close to it - If you don't have transportation to your location you will have to get there somehow.

5.00We had the best time on the party bus ! All of the staff were amazing and kept the night going at each stop. Every bar we stopped at was so accommodating and really had a party vibe. I will definitely recommend to my friends and want to do it again!

4.00I was greeted by employees in a yellow shirt then we had to wait for more flights to get in before we left for Secrets Baby Beach. We were then with another company with blue shirts. It was a bit confusing and I was not told there would be about an hour wait. Our pick up from the resort was easy and the driver was very nice and informative. I would use them again but might just get an individual vehicle instead.
