Please note: Transport is only available for Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotels. Transport to private residences or locations outside of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach is not available.
Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Please arrange your return trip to the airport at least 48 hours prior to your departure by contacting the supplier directly.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

1.00Bus never came back to the hotel to pick me up drove right pass the hotel didn’t stop. I had a 2:15 pick up for today at Tryp by Wyndham. Had to get a taxi.

1.00Horrible, I paid to have transportation to & from the airport to my air BNB. when I arrived to the airport was informed by one of your drivers you don’t goto provide Air BNB. I had to pay for a taxi to my location.

5.00Great! Super nice and informative and went above and beyond! I booked online, when I got to Aruba they said I shouldn’t have been able to because they only drop off at hotels as I rented a Airbnb! But the driver dropped off all other passengers and then took me all the way to my bnb and brought my bags near the home. I was soo happy bc I have already paid well in advance and hoped they didn’t leave me at the airport due to the websites mistake. I would 100% recommend. The driver advised me to rent a car, which helped out a ton for this trip!!

3.00Safe ride easy airport access... A bit difficult and unclear return pick up instructions. It took a while but I did get picked up. If I was running late I would've missed my flight. Not sure if I would use this service again.
