What To Expect
We will be monitoring your flight from the time of departure, to be aware of any delays or early arrivals. Your bilingual driver will be at the airport exit holding a sign with your name on it. All of our drivers wear uniforms for easy identification. The driver will take care of your luggage, and walk you to your private van, where you can relax and enjoy the rest of your trip to the Westin Playa Conchal Hotel. The approximate duration is one hour, but we can stop on the way if you need to get something at the supermarket, buy some fruits, or take pictures. Before taking off, the driver will make sure everything is ok with your hotel reservation, and will leave you in the good hands of the hotel personnel. For your transfer back to the LIR airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby at the agreed pickup time. We advise that this transfer is scheduled 3 hours before your departure time, in order to allow enough time for you to catch your flight. The driver will drop you off at the airport entrance.

5.00Friendly drivers. Pick up was simple and easy. Our check thru customs was delayed and driver was still waiting for us and got us to the hotel in a safe but quick manner. Return trip to airport was on time. One suggestion would be to confirm pick up time for return to airport the day prior. We had to call to receive pick up time.

5.00Right from the get-go, Keilor was great. He called me shortly after we landed and gave me directions to find him outside the airport. We stopped a couple of times, to pick up some Imperial, and then some local fruit. Keilor maintained great conversation flow without being too much. We used this same company throughout our stay to visit Tamarindo a couple of times. They were extremely patient with us as we wanted to stop everywhere and tried everything! Señora Catalina is a total jewel. She gave us a really good seafood restaurant recommendation, it was a great feast with all local food. They were always on time, very warm, and not pushy. We'll definitely call them on our next visit!
