4.00The driver was punctual, and caring. Warning: Make sure you choose the correct zone for pick up for the correct price. If you are paying the driver, please have cash because you will be charged extra.... Even though on the island (Dutch side) is 1US/1Euro....

2.00I booked the transfer a few hours prior to our arrival in Stint Maarten, (SXM). I received a confirmation email. Upon exiting the airport we could not find the driver. We called the phone number on the Viator app confirmation email with no answer. On the app it was difficult to find the meeting point and name of the company that was picking us up. Other tour company operators at the airport helped us find our driver. Once we found our driver he asked when did we book the transfer. He said because we booked it a few hours prior to arrival we were not on his list. Our driver had another driver give us a ride to the hotel.

1.00Terrible. No one showed up after waiting 20+ minutes outside in the heat. We had to book a different airport transfer once we got there since no rep was there to pick us up: not reliable at all. I want my money back

5.00Noel from Noel Tours provided excellent service during our visit to St. Martin and Anguilla. I highly recommend his tours because he is very knowledgeable about the entire island of St. Martin. Noel is professional, punctual, and has a great eye for selecting restaurants. I would recommend his tours for guided service or transportation while on the island.

1.00Nobody was in airport to pick up you, no answer on phone calls, after 20 -30 minutes on sun took regular taxi. Paid twice: one time for viator service and regular taxi, but worse part to listen complimants from my wife. Vacation starts we’re well.

3.00Car was late, driver stated he just got my request that I booked the day before my flight, my husband was on crutches and boot driver had him walk in the street to the car, didn’t try to get closer to the sidewalk. The operator didn’t give me a choice of group transportation, automatically booked me a private ride which was a lot more
