  Super dear owners! There were three of them yesterday and they did a really great job! My dream was fulfilled and I saw the Northern Lights! They entertained us very nicely all evening and told us a lot. She all the time you felt very comfortable. In addition, as many photos were taken of everyone as you liked.   Pekka and Amanda are both lovely people, very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They worked hard all night to give us the best experience and record a wonderful aurora for 2 hours which Pekka managed to capture on his camera and Amanda also did wonderful time lapse video. They both knew exactly where to go to give us the best chance of seeing the aurora. We were well fed with food and drink throughout the evening and a warm fire was made early on so it was cozy. The pick up and drop off was very punctual and their vans are used for small groups only so it is a very enjoyable experience getting to know everyone. We did four different tours in Rovaniemi and I would recommend this company above all others.

  We have tried to see the aurora 3 times and this time WE had a spectacular viewing. We were collected from the apartment at 7pm in a minivan with 6 guests there was another car with 4 guests. We drove out of Rovaniemi to a forest setting. We walked through snowy terrain to get to the viewing spot. The guide had a special camera that could see the aurora. It took a few hours for the aurora to develop but we could see with our eyes. He took a number of photographs of us with aurora behind. He was very knowledgeable and spoke about the stars even pointing out Mars and Saturn. We moved into a second location beside a frozen lake. The aurora looked different and was more vivid as the night developed. Very clear lines of green and red. Many photographs were taken standing on the lake wuth different views of the aurora. and sent to us. BBQ was set up and we toasted marshmallows hot dogs and Finnish porridge pastry whilst hearing about local knowledge and drinking Glugi to keep us warm. More pictures were taken as the aurora had developed more in the foreground but also enveloped all around and above us. This only happens about twice a month. Back to apartment at midnight. Would highly recommend this tour. Great value for money

  Pekka was an excellent guide! Even though the weather conditions were not promising, Pekka took us on a great Aurora Hunt and we ended up spotting the Northern Lights! Pekka did not rush the tour and took extra time to make sure we could see the Aurora. The BBQ was also excellent and tasty! Pekka took great photos and sent these to us the next day! Thank you so much Pekka, we really appreciated your efforts and time.

  Really really enjoyed our experience with this company. Couldn’t recommend it more honestly. If we ever go back to Rovaniemi, we would definitely book a tour with them again. We were taken with a van, so it was a small group (rather than a big bus with loads of people) which was important to us. Overall, it felt really personal and it was obvious that the owners are passionate about what they do. They offered to take photos of everyone too, which was very nice of them. The hot drinks and marshmallows and sausages cooked over a fire at the end of the night were a nice touch.
