  I had some doubts before booking this activity, but if you’re thinking about it—just do it! It was an unforgettable experience. The Northern Lights were beyond anything I imagined, with stunning colors dancing across the sky as soon as we arrived.

  Wow what an amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide Vanessa was lovely and friendly and really took care of us. When we arrived the elves were delightful and playful and took care of everything. Santa was beyond amazing and truly captivating and magical. Unfortunately we didn't get to see the Northern Lights but the whole night was truly spectacular due to all the staff. We'll be telling everyone how brilliant it was and to book it as it was superb value for the magic it created and we'll remember for years to come.

  Although we didn't stand a chance of seeing the Northern lights due to the dense fog, the evening was still amazing! First of all our guide - Alex was very friendly and informative. Talking to us all the way. Once we arrived at the location it was very quiet and peaceful, we were greeted off the bus by 3 of Santa's elves and taken to a tepee in the forest. The snow was thick and it was quite cold, but inside the tepee was a lovely warm fire surrounded by benches covered with fur. The elves were very entertaining, singing, dancing and chatting with us all. We toasted marshmallows, which my son loved, had cookies and hot chocolate. Then Santa arrived! He was just amazing! Spent time talking with the children, telling stories, and singing songs. It didn't feel rushed, instead it felt personal and special. A truly amazing experience for my little boy. Santa stayed around an hour, then the elves took over again. They provided more hot drinks, hot dogs, cookies and marshmallows to toast. The elves continued with their fantastic entertainment until it was time to leave. Although the walk back to the bus was only about 80 meters, it took a long time as the kids and the elves played in the snow! A truly magical experience that I highly recommend. • Santa Claus and the magical northern lights

  We had the most magical experience as a family of 4 including our 2 Sons age 10 and 9. The children had so much fun from snowball fights with the elves to listening to Santa’s stories. We had Gingerbread cookies, hot chocolate, bbq hot dogs and toasted marshmallows over the fire inside the tipi in the forest. As if all of that wasn’t magical enough we also got to experience the most beautiful bright northern lights dancing in the sky. We shared the experience with 3 other families and it was a great Christmassy atmosphere, singing silent night with Santa. The experience lasted around 4 hours from 7pm to 11pm, I would definitely recommend this experience to families with young children. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were transported to the forest location and returned later to the same pick up point. We were also offered warm snow suits included in the value for money cost of the experience. There was a photographer there who later sent us fantastic photos from the evening via WhatsApp at no extra cost, so we have family photos with the Northern lights behind us in the sky and the best memories of that evening.

  Unforgettable. Unique experience, unrepeatable. Magic for children but also beautiful for adults. The elves are great and Santa Claus is... Santa Claus. My daughter keeps telling everyone that she met the real Santa Claus. The evening ended with an epic snowball battle between elves, children and parents. Absolutely recommended. I'm sorry I couldn't give a higher score. Unfortunately it was very cloudy and we did not get a chance to see the Northern Lights.

  From start to finish, the evening was amazing, beyond our expectations. The guides were super friendly and when we arrived the secret magical location ( which was stunning) we were greeted by elves with warm drinks, marshmallows, cookies and other treats. The tour is small so the whole experience feels really personal. When Santa arrived into the cosy teepee, he was warm and friendly, he sat amongst us and told a lovely story which had the kids enthralled. He then met each child individually with a little chat and a small gift. He was fabulous. After Santa left the elves cooked up some hotdogs on the fire, there were singing and dancing around the fire and to round up an amazing evening we had a snowball fight outside. The evening was captured by their photographer and pictures were shared with us after wards all included in the price. I Can’t recommend this experience enough! • Santa Visit

  If you haven't decided how to visit Santa yet whilst in Lapland.......look no further than this Tour. Leaving from Rovanemi centre, a 35m van ride out to the wilderness, geared up with the company's snow suits to keep warm(no additional cost) we arrived in the middle of a snowy Forrest area where elves were drinking hot choc, gugli and toasting Marshmello on an open fire in a large tent with a fire in the middle and benches around it for the different families to sit. We played games and had songs and stories with the elves .....then....out of nowhere, Santa appeared , welcomed by the group and helped by the elves, he began to tell stories about himself, Mrs Claus and the reindeers, with lots of open questions for the kids. Each child then got to spend time with Santa and received a gift to treasure. The night was capped off with a snowball fight with the elves ,followed by hot chocolate, drink and sausages from the fire . With the added benefit of taking your own photos , there was also a photographer there from the company who took amazing pictures and sent them on only a few days after via WhattsApp(no extra charge) A truly magical experience to savour, even tho it was too cloudy to see the northern lights, this is a night as a family we will remember forever. I have no doubt that the professionalism of this tour will ingest into other tours provided by this company. Thanks for the memories guys 💯🔥

  This was the Christmas magic we were looking for. Had been disappointed by the commercial feel of Santa Village, this was much better and worth every penny. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights on our night and the guides were great at letting us know when to go outside and when to stay in the warmth of the hut. The hut was really authentic, with loads of food. Santa arrived and spent probably 20-30 mins telling stories. We loved it, felt so magical. Also, had a lovely cuddly toy which was a nice surprise. And even better than all that was Santa's elves. They made the children feel so special. My daughter, 6, was in awe of one elf called Tonka. She gave her so much attention, and even sat next to her on the bus when my daughter asked her. They spoke for 30 minutes non-stop. My daughter's favourite part of the holiday (impressive considering how much she loved Santa). Thank you so much for the best part of a brilliant holiday.
