This is a true aurora hunting tour led by a professional photographer who's photos have been viewed millions of times on social media! Starting from Rovaniemi with a flexible start time, we will drive to a location where the weather models have determined that we will have the best chance of seeing the aurora. Whether it’s half an hour away or deep into Swedish Lapland, I want to see the aurora as much as you do so I’ll make sure to get there!
Once we have located clear skies and aurora, it’s time to enjoy the show and take document all the magic with with my high quality mirrorless cameras and astrophotography lenses. All good photos taken on the night are provided to you at print quality within 2 doys of the tour.

I will pick you up at your hotel/accommodation and then we'll drive as far as we need to go to find clear skies, hopefully the northern lights re waiting for us there.

5.00This was an absolutely incredible Northern Lights tour and Aleksi was a fantastic guide. He explained everything so clearly, where we were going, how the aurora forms, and even the science behind it which made the experience even more special. What really stood out was how passionate and excited he was about the Northern Lights. It didn’t feel like someone just doing their job he was just as excited as the rest of us, which made the whole experience feel really special to share together. He also went above and beyond by recommending helpful apps and websites for tracking the aurora, and he took amazing photos for everyone. He made sure we all got plenty of photos and even helped a couple of us who were trying to take our own pictures as well. All the photos were sent within a day, which was brilliant, and the whole experience was completely worth it. As a solo traveller on this trip, he also made the experience feel really comfortable and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Such a lovely guide and an unforgettable night. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone hoping to see the Northern Lights. Thank you so much!!

Aleksi is a really great guide ☺️ He explained how aurora sighting works and he even brought us to three beautiful places to take nice pictures! His photography skills are top-notch indeed. On this trip, I felt comfortable and cozy. His driving skills are hellaa good. We got to view the once in a lifetime kind of aurora borealis and I miss it already. I am really grateful I booked a tour with his company. Went on 6th March 2026!

5.00Unbelievable experience, would 100% recommend if in Rovaniemi! I travelled with a group of friends, they wanted a cheaper tour but I went with Aleksi. The tour my friends went on left before the main Northern Lights even appeared so they only got a faint bit of green. Aleksi took us to multiple locations to find the best spot to see the Aurora. When it seemed like the main show was better 100m down the road, he drove us there just so we could get the pictures we wanted. You're going with somebody who actually wants to see the Northern Lights at their very best and that passion really comes across. It's a once in a lifetime experience for most of us so definitely recommend doing it properly!

5.00It was crazy!! Alex is super professional, he managed to show us more than we expected. He was super on the piece and constantly monitored the situation. At first we were a bit sad because there were no high chances of seeing but he immediately worked to change the area and then take us to see the show. In addition, the photos he made are super professional and will remain a beautiful memory. Super recommended:)
