The tour guys were very friendly and helpful. We went to two locations and took amazing pictures, later we went to a hut in the danta claus village and ate some marshmallows and chatted, looked at the reindeers too. It was an amazing experience, the tour guys even took out photos. It was very good and they also provided us with termal clothes boots and gloves and I actually never got cold.

We had booked the excursion and we had a meeting place. However no one showed up ... we had to phone and we were therefore late. The person at the end of the phone was absolutely not friendly and was just saying: you are late! But it was not our fault! Then, snowmobile safari has 30 snowmobiles, which follow at 20-25km/h. We were supposed to hunt the Northern Lights, no explanations were given! Not a single explanation, not even in which direction to look to see the potential Northern Lights. Once we were at a standstill, guide them to talk together and that’s it! Nothing more!! Besides, we were supposed to have cookies and a hot drink that we always wait for! Service null!! Even for tips at the end of the excursion for a place well located to see the Northern Lights bother them!

Northern Lights by bus. I’ve done approx 4 or 5 Northern Light trips and this was the worst. They said we would make 3 stops and we only stopped twice. When we did stop none of the 3 “guides” told us nothing about the lights and they just “hung out” talking to each other. On other trips the driver and guide have been looking in their phones trying to find a place that had activity and would make an effort to drive to other well known sighting places. This group did nothing to try and find a showing. We didn’t actually go very far out of the city. BTW I’ve never seen the lights so I’m not complaining about that. But other tour operators have made an effort to at least track them down. This was the worst experience ever! Don’t waste your money on this.

Do not recommend this tour as the company takes you on a large bus to 2 spots which are just 15min from the city center ...not in a secluded area. There are no guides ... just ushers who accompany the bus... The first stop was near some lake where you wait for 20min and then they hurry to the bus to take you to the raindeer and husky farm which is all lit up ... they light a fire, give you marshmellows .. wait another 20mins and then we are off. Recommend you pick a small group provite tour, where the guides explain stuff and they are interested and make an effort for people to see the northern lights. Also a better way to see and experience the northern lights is to book on the glass igloos ... thats where we saw the lights

Our contact, Nick, from Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park, stopped responding on WhatsApp; very unprofessional. I sent him three text messages and called three separate times without a reply or call back. Very bad customer experience.

Walking in the woods over a bridge ...listening to roaring rapids. Finally, walking through the Forrest in a moonless night in search of the northern lights. The search was our favorite part of the journey because I have never seen so much beauty....and that fresh cold air.

First thing to note is that viewing and capturing the Northern Lights cannot be controlled by the guides. It is a natural phenomenon that depends on your luck. On the tour itself, the guides brought us to three different locations during the two hour trip to try and capture the Northern Lights. The pacing was good. Additional activities include starting fires at two of the locations, walking into the lake (on ice), providing snacks (ginger bread cookies) and hot blueberry juice. The guides were also friendly and encouraged us to find out more about Finnish culture.

The weather was cloudy and it was impossible to see the Northern Lights, our guide made sure we were well taken care of and shared some of his experience in Finland. Overall, the trip was enjoyable.

It was very cloudy tonight in Rovaniemi, but Raphael did everything he could to find us the NorthernLights by checking tha various apps. And his craftsmanship gave us the NorthernLights!!!! It was a bit later than planned but Raphael's efforts made our dream come true. He also helped to correctly setup my camera for perfect NorthernLights photos. What a beautiful day it was.

I didn't see the auroras but I already knew, there was activity but it was very cloudy. But the experience was very interesting, the guide took us to two places, a lake and a river. In the lake you could see a faint green glow, he showed us exactly where they usually come from, he informed us about everything and it was very interesting. Afterwards we went to the river and ate sausages in a tippy with a nice fire.
