We had such an incredible night, beautiful show. Our guide Andrew was really amazing, he made sure we found the right spot, he took a lot of pictures and he made sure everyone was happy with their night. Thank you!

It was wonderful, unforgettable and absolutely fabulous. We went "aurora hunting" in the evening and at first it looked like we wouldn't see anything. But our guides Ava, Sophie and Natalie insisted that we stay, be patient, even though it was very cold, until the aurora appeared in all its glory and delighted our souls and our photographs. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

We left at 6 pm and came back at 4 in the morning. Ten hours of driving, darkness, and waiting. And yet, I never felt tired. With Arctic GM, there is no rush, no pressure, no forcing the experience. Just time, silence, and trust in nature. Elliot guided us with calm, respect, and a reassuring presence. No rushing, no false promises — just patience and intuition. At some point, we didn’t even know if we were heading toward Sweden or Russia… and it didn’t matter. When the aurora finally appeared, the body went quiet. Only the eyes, the breath, and that rare feeling of being exactly where you’re meant to be. This wasn’t just a tour. It was one beautiful thing — simple and powerful. A real, human, silent experience. Another dream gently placed in the drawer. Thank you 🤍

Lina our guide was FABULOUS in chasing the dawn! We drove the van 300 km away to Sweden! But the show was not missed! Lina nice and smiling, turned out to be a great driver and a tireless guide! Absolutely not to be missed! ♥️

Family participation. Travel by large bus. Parking on the side of the road. The lights of passing cars occasionally interrupted my observations and photographs. If you don't want to do that, you should opt for a more leisurely tour, or one that you can see in the woods. The staff were very kind and courteous. The bus came with a toilet. However, I have made several inquiries because I have not received the photo data that would normally be uploaded within 4 days. No photos because the data was corrupted, followed by a waiting answer. I'm sorry. It is said that it supports partial refund, but I honestly do not agree with the refund rate. I went out of my way to choose a professional photographer. I think that's what you haven't achieved. That's what I thought. I am very sorry only for the management of the photo data, so I give this assessment hoping it does not produce the same tragedy.

Elena is our guide, she was super capable of managing driving and keeping us updated about the situation. It took us almost 3 hours drive to a spot that we could enjoy the amazing Northern Lights! She is also a professional photographer and provided us great photos that captured the unforgettable moments.

There is only one big disappointment from the whole event. Everything was very poorly organized from the beginning - bad information and meeting time, we don't even know our guides' names, because there were different names on WhatsApp and the evaluation sheet. The bus was late, so 50 people dressed in arctic overalls had to wait in a small office. It was not a northern lights hunt, but we only went to one place where people apparently go regularly - the edge of the road near the Swedish border. The photos that can be taken are spoiled by the asphalt of the road, the lights of passing cars and power lines. When a weak Northern Lights appeared, the guides chased us for a quick photo shoot, so the photos are also blurry. The observation was abruptly ended because someone came to the parking lot to set off fireworks.

The tour was incredible. We were able to take some great photos, after several activities at several agencies I can recommend Arctic GM and our Guide Adrew. He responded to all our wishes, he was very polite and friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. Very professional!
