What an amazing experience, with the loveliest of people, in a stunning environment. I visited the farm with my adult daughter and we both had a wonderful time learning about reindeer, spending time with them and feeding them, and taking a walk with Muppe, the funniest of all reindeers! The drive there itself was like a gateway into a world of incomparable natural beauty. The cherry on top was sitting down with our hosts around the fire, eating delicious pancakes and drinking homemade warm blueberry juice, and chatting about family, football, pets (including reindeers of course), as if we had been friends forever. Unforgettable. A must do.

Visiting this reindeer farm near Rovaniemi was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. It is a truly authentic, family-run farm run by Juho and his family, and from the very beginning you can feel how much care they put into everything they do. After getting to feed the reindeer, we learned a lot of fascinating information about reindeer farming and daily life on a reindeer farm in Lapland. Juho and his family are incredibly open, warm, and welcoming, and they generously shared their traditions and way of life. Sitting around the fire in a cosy hut, we also got to try delicious homemade pancakes, cookies, and warm blueberry juice (our favourite). What really stood out to us was the strong focus on animal welfare and sustainability. The reindeer are clearly well cared for and respected, and it’s obvious the family has carefully thought about how to create an ethical, sustainable tourism experience. Walking through the snowy forest with a reindeer was absolutely magical and something we will never forget. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rovaniemi who is looking for an authentic, ethical, and memorable reindeer experience!

We had a wonderful time at the reindeer farm. As we were a small group, the experience felt very personal, informative, fun, and truly heartwarming. It was clear that the family put a great deal of time and care into making the visit special for us. Highly recommended! It was without a doubt the best of all the tours we booked in Rovaniemi.

The Reindeer Walk and Farm visit was one of the most amazing experiences I had in Lapland. Juho who welcomed me his into family kept farm which had over 80 reindeer which were amazing creatures. We then were able to feed them and learn more about them and their nature as we took them for a walk. We also met Juho’s parents who were very sweet and kind and made us pancakes and warm blueberry juice after the walk. They are some of the nicest, kind hearted people I have ever met. We then all sat around the fire and shared experiences and life stories as the snow came down outside - an experience that I’ll never forget. Thankyou!

I loved everything about the Reindeer Farm with Juho. The group met the reindeers, and we were able to feed them before Juho took a small group out at a time to walk one of the reindeers. The rest of us enjoyed the company of Juho's mum and dad, in a small hut with a lovely fire to keep us warm, homemade Finnish pancakes, berry jam and a hot berry drink The scenery was amazing, the reindeers were well looked after, Juho was a great, answered any questions we had and was there to make sure we had a lovely time. I would recommend this tour to anyone, especially if you are looking to slow the pace down a little in Rovaniemi with a guide who wants to make sure you have a great experience, with beautiful reindeers

What a wonderful and genuine experience this is! We had a relaxing morning on the family run farm feeding reindeer and then a walk in the snow covered forest with our new reindeer friend Nuupe. Homemade snacks afterwards were delicious around the fire in a warmed hut with the family. If you have any interest in reindeer beyond sleighing and looking for a less hectic half day, I would recommend this highly. One of our favourite outings of our stay in Rovaniemi, we want to come back, thank you!

This was truly an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, we felt how authentic and personal this reindeer farm is. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming and passionate, and they really made the day memorable for our whole family. We started by feeding the reindeer, which was such a special experience. Afterwards, we warmed up in a cozy little hut by an open fire, where the family treated us to delicious snacks and hot drinks while sharing fascinating stories about reindeer herding, their life and traditions. It felt very genuine and far away from mass tourism. The peaceful walk with a reindeer through the snowy forest was the perfect ending. If you are looking for an authentic, heartwarming experience in Lapland, this tour is a must. We would do it again anytime and can highly recommend it.
