The day includes a coastal hike in Royal National Park to Wedding Cake Rock or Eagle Rock, a light trail snack along the way, and time at Wattamolla Lagoon for a scenic picnic and optional swim. In the afternoon, we visit Symbio Wildlife Park for the 3 pm koala session, when they’re awake and active, plus time with kangaroos. We also drive the Grand Pacific Drive, stop at Otford Lookout and visit Sea Cliff Bridge.
The hike is around 10 km and moderate, but with very small groups the pace is fully tailored. We can shorten, slow down or make it more challenging. If the weather changes, there’s always a flexible plan B with scenic stops, so you still enjoy a full and beautiful day outdoors.
What sets this tour apart is the balance of real adventure and real care. It’s a small, personal experience shaped around you, not a rushed bus schedule.

What To Expect
Royal National Park
Start your day with an easy pickup from Sydney CBD and leave the city behind as we head south into Royal National Park, where the cliffs meet the Pacific and the air already feels different. We start with a coastal hike to either Wedding Cake Rock or Eagle Rock, depending on the weather and how challenging you’d like the walk to be on the day. Both routes take you across sandstone cliffs and coastal tracks with wide open ocean views and some of the most beautiful scenery in the park.
Wattamolla
Wattamolla Beach Picnic & Swim After the hike, unwind at Wattamolla Beach, a lagoon-style paradise perfect for a refreshing swim and picnic. Enjoy a spread prepared by a local caterer, featuring local cheeses, marinated olives, freshly made dips, crackers, falafel with hummus, dolmades, and seasonal fruit, paired with refreshing locally brewed kombucha.

5.00Thank you Sabina!! Sabina is a fantastic tour guide. She is very knowledgable about the area and planned a perfect hiking tour experience. The hiking and views were great and I would not have been able to get there on my own. Everything was first class -- even the snacks at the picnic. It was the highlight of my visit to Sydney and I would do it again with her as a guide in a heartbeat.

5.00Lovely day! Sabina was fun to talk to, a smooth driver, and knew how to pack some of Royal’s best sights into one day. We saw many of Southern Sydney suburbs, beautiful cliffs and rock formations on the way to the wedding cake rock, a beach/lagoon, a wildlife park with active Koalas and Wallabees, a scenic overlook on Bald hill, and the famous south coast bridge all in a few hours

5.00The communication with Sabina, snacks provided (healthy!!) and the hike itself (good pace, distance, scenery and chat) and the choice of activities (hike > snack/beach > sanctuary/views are great! Sabina is approachable and has a great personality. The car ride was smooth and my mum and I enjoyed. Do not hesitate to book a tour with Sabina!

She is very easy to talk to, personable and knowledgeable about the National Park. We found a great overlook along the coast for a nice picnic lunch. She also took videos and photos that she shared after the trip.

5.00it was soo good. Sabina and I had such a good time together and she helped me to see a lot of the australian culture and nature. The hike to the Royal weeding cake outlook was amazing and also the short drives to Wattamolla beach, symbio wildlife park and two other spots were so great. The spots as well!. All in all it was one of the best days here in Australia. I would go on this trip to 100% again especially with Sabina
