Christiansborg Slot
King Christian 9 panicked in 1864 as Preussia conquered and invaded Denmark. Fearing that Copenhagen would fall he offered to ceede soverinigty so he could stay on as a puppet ruler.
Gammel Strand
King Christoffer was an adopted orphan when he was awarded the Danish Kingdom. It didn't go well. He was kicked out and ended as pirate roaming the Baltic Ocean.
