What To Expect
On the day of your arrival, your driver will be at the Airport before hand awaiting you. After your clear customs and immigration and collect your bags, your driver will be at the "Meeting Point", you exit the white sliding doors and walk straight down right pass all the kiosks until you see a green railing. Look out for him holding up a sign with your name. They will meet and greet you and take care of any luggage that you may have.

5.00Excellent service from UVF to the Royalton. Both drivers were very professional and gave us a tour basically on our way to the resort and even when we returned to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed his classes, his energy and enthusiasm made them interesting and exciting. We would highly recommend his pool fitness classes, they are suitable for anyone of all ages.

2.00Disappointed with the service for the price point and location. Very slow and disinterested service. Little things like water and towels are hard to get. It will take hours. The front desk didn't even have water for travellers. The beach and food are decent. The best part of the trip was going on a catamaran and seeing this incredible island from the water. ****Fraudulent charges also applied to my card, and only the hotel has had access to my visa card. They have no record of the charge, yet it is on my visa bill. A headache trying to figure this out with the bank. Currently under investigation****

5.00Me and a few female friends went for a birthday Resort was great and beautiful had a swim out room and that also was an experience the food was good and the service was great everyone was friendly and welcoming.... 2 of the staff/bartenders especially made my time well worth coming back... big kev (kevin) I believe his name was he like 6’6 lol he showed alot of love and hospitality... also chester he was amazing from making sure we tried island food had a tour guide transportation etc. while on the resort he went above and beyond to make sure my friend had a great birthday and even a cake. I definitely will be back very soon thank u royalton st lucia kev and chester

5.00We were a family of 9, with 4 "kids" in their 20s. We went to The Hideaway at Royalton during Thanksgiving week. Communication was great through Whats App, and free for international travelers. They told us in advance of the name of our driver and the license plate number to look for outside of the airport. They were there waiting for us when we got there. Simeon, our driver, was great! We managed to fit 9 suitcases and 5 sets of golf clubs in the van! Simeon was very knowledgeable about the island, and an excellent driver through the dark, winding, mountainous roads. We were dropped off right at the hotel lobby. Our return to the airport was timely and an equally great experience. Would highly recommend! We loved Simeon so much, we wound up booking an excursion with him! See that review!
