  Wow what a day. Rumela really did look after us and go way above and beyond our expectations. As well as the Rum distillery and Chocolate factory we got to see so many other beautiful locations. Its a fab day out and it really does last all day. We left the hotel at 8am and didn't get back until 4pm. There was a wonderful couple on our tour with us and during the chocolate tour we met up with an amazing American couple.   Did a solo private tour with Rumie. Everything was excellent. Started with the "Tree to bar"Chocolate plantation tour from Hotel Chocolat followed by the mud bath,sulphur and Waterfalls. Also on the way Rumie made sure she explained everything about the Island and the places we were visiting. We passed by Castries and Sufriere too and also stopped in many other view points to take picture. She is really knowledgeable and passionate about St Lucia. Also she is an amazing person and looked after me for the whole day. I really recommend Rumie tours to everyone who come to the Island as you can also personalize your tour.

  Where do I even begin? I’ve been around the world, but I can tell you that I’ve never experienced a guide like Placide. He’s like having a photographer, historian, and friend all in one. This man puts his heart and soul into showing you his home. Our tour felt personal. He didn’t stick to a script or schedule, but still had us to our tours on time. He took our pictures, shared the real history of St. Lucia with us, made us rum punch, bought us local delicacies with his own money, took time to show us what the other tours didn’t have time to, and provided really enjoyable conversation for the entirety of our excursion. We enjoyed it so much that we booked our transfer back to the airport with him as well. Placide is the definition of going above and beyond.   Rumi did a fantastic job of educating us about the island as she took us to different points of interest. The rum distillery was closed on the day we went on the tour, but she made arrangements for us to do a tasting of different infused rums at a place called Horizon. That was a fantastic experience! So many flavors! And so picturesque! And the chocolatier we visited was great! We made our own chocolate bars. And the truffles were delicious!

  Remi was so easy to work with. Called us the day we booked to confirm details. The excursion itself was amazing. Our tour guide, Placid, was great. Made extra stops along the way to sample to local fruits on the island, including knocking a mango straight from the tree to try. He stopped for numerous photo opportunities and got some great pictures of my husband and I along our way, helping us to capture memories of our trip. Everything was handled by Placid, including having the tours arranged and paid for, all we had to do was get in the comfortable van and we were on our way. Later in the trip we contacted Rumie again for a taxi to and from Sandals La Toc to the street party to the Sandals Halcyon, where we stayed. Jay, our driver got us there in great timing avoiding traffic and making it easy to find his car when we were ready to go. When I left something in the vehicle, she arranged to have it brought back the next morning without delay. I would recommend Rumies tours for transportation and/excursions as she checks in with you and makes sure you're taken care of the whole way.
