You’ll be guided through the rum making process from start to finish by our rum experts. Guests will be taught distilling techniques (old and new) used to create delicious rum.
We’ll guide you through flavorings and recipe creation to make your own unique rum. You’ll also learn about the history or rum and it’s origins in the Caribbean before bottling your very own rum to take away.

5.00As a local who can never get enough of the beach, my experience was unmatched and soothing. The atmosphere gave off a real Hawaiian vibe—relaxed, breezy, and welcoming especially with the beach nearby. The class lasted maybe about an hour and my friends and i enjoyed every moment of it. It was only 3 of us but the instructor of the class brought so much energy to the class. He was attentive, patient, and made the whole experience fun with his sense of humor.” Shout out to Johnai The fee was affordable and offered great value for the experience. Absolutely worth it.

5.00Amazingly fun and interesting time. If you want to do something different than beach, water, and boating, this was a blast. Engaging and educational session learning about the rum making process. We made two bottles with different flavors of rum. So fun. Would do again in a heartbeat.

5.00What a fun experience! If you like rum this is your place. We had a group of 6 and all of us made our own flavored rum. The staff was great ! First you start off with sampling their rum,6 shots I want to say ( hard to remember LOL) then they explain the process of distilling, and the different flavor profiles you have to use. Lots of choices to come up with your perfect flavor of rum.

5.00Nice hospitality and good guidance to create an own rum. 6 different rum tastes/kinds at the beginning (we started at 9 a.m), no problem for rum lovers). Then try to find a mixture of up to ten different aromas (lemon, orange, cinnamon, vanilla, …) while the boiler next to you destilles your basis rum. Then shaking, mixing, tasting, measuring of alcohol level, filling all up in a bottle, label the bottle and seal it with wax all with advices and monitoring of the „lector“. At the end everyone gets a nice certificate and surely a very special rum bottle & a nice memory in your house bar! Cheers!
