Sacred Valley
Your full day Sacred Valley tour includes 4 main sites: Pisac, Pisac Market, Ollantaytambo and Chincherro. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby around 8am. You will be taken on a road that winds around the mountains north of Cusco. On the way, we will stop at a famous point known as El Mirador (Lookout Point) where you will gain some insight into the Inca history. From Here we continue on to Pisac giving you a tour of the ruins and allowing you to walk around and explore on your own for about 30 minutes. Afterwards we will head to the bustling Pisac market where you can spend some time walking around the market bargain hunting. After exploring, we will stop for lunch at a local buffet (lunch not included) where you can enjoy a wide variety of Peruvian style dishes. From here we will continue along the Urubamba River towards the town of Ollantaytambo. Once we reach Ollantaytambo, we will visit the ruins, an important area of Incan construction, built during the Inca’s heydays. This is an extraordinary Inca site because you can find rock formations representing the Inca god, Wiracocha. From here we take you to the ruins of Chincherro to explore before returning you to your hotel Cusco (or the Sacred Valley) around 5:00-6:00pm.

I was so thoroughly impressed with this experience! Our tour guide, Aiben, arrived at our hotel in Cusco exactly at 0700 as described in our instructions. While we were driving, he was continuously pointing out interesting landmarks and sharing the history of the area. We had a small group for our tour which gave us plenty of flexibility when seeing sites. We went to see several sites including Pisaq and Machu Picchu. Aiben really went above and beyond for us, allowing plenty of time for us to take photos and answering all of our questions about the history of the area. If you're planning a trip to Peru, I would strongly recommend this experience.

I did a 2 day private tour of sacred valley plus machu Picchu with the guide Rosbel. I highly recommend this tour and also Rosbel. He was kind and took care of everything including waiting at train stations with me, getting bandaids when I needed them, carrying my backpack, carrying my jacket on tours, and much more. I've done several solo tours as a 35 yr old female and I felt taken care of the most on this tour. Everything went more smooth than I could have imagined, I'm so thankful I chose this tour with flashpacker connect. Thank you Rosbel for everything, I had an amazing time.

What an amazing experience with a awesome tour guide Joaquin. We were fortunate to have had Joaquin be our guide for three excursions. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Joaquin.

Most tours will take you to touristy and popular spots but what if your guide takes you to unique and hidden local places to experience real Peruvian culture, So that’s we did. Besides all the beautiful Incan ruins such as Moray, Salineras, Chinchero, Ollantaytambo, we learned the history and facts. Later on the day we tried the local corn and cheese (highly recommended) also we learned the whole process of textile making from scratch to the final product. Have you tried Chicha de jora? Wil took us to this local brewery and explained the process of making the corn beer, tasting the two kinds of beer (frutillada and chicha) Ollantaytambo has this massive buildings almost impossible to believe that Quechua people built this, after visiting the site we drove to the train station to take the train to aguas calientes to continue our journey through Cusco. I loved this tour from Flashpacker connect! We had a private bus they picked us up early to see all of sacred valley and it’s a must do trip with this company. My next trips in South America will only be with Flash packer connect. WIL our guide and Mario our driver were awesome individuals and gave us a lifetime worth of memories and experiences. Will is a great photographer and takes beautiful photos!

Joaquin was our guide and did an amazing job explaining the history and culture of all the sites. He was so kind, patient, and funny. We did a private tour with just 2 of us, and we learned so much about Incan history and got to see the most beautiful views. Mario was our driver and did an amazing job on the difficult roads during this full day adventure. Would definitely recommend taking this day trip to learn more about the history of the area and see beautiful sites.
